Excellent service was provided by giving overtime for our breakfast. Everything was prepared fresh again for us . They normally have breakfast timing till 10am but for us they waited till 10.45am . Excellent

The stay was good . The staff was excellent. Very kind, helpful and professional... They care about your privacy...and the best part was the food . It was so yummy especially the matar paneer dal tadka and lemon rice.. Although the hotel is a bit on the interior side but the staff will help you reach the location and even guide the Cab .. familyHotel is a new construction but rooms were not spacious enough. No proper restaurant due to construction work. It was arranged in a make shift arrangement. Food was below average and same items were repeated for two days. Very limited choice of food.

I booked this hotel for 3 days and it's cost same as 3 star hotel rooms are not that much spacious which looks in photos also I booked smoking room but in this hotel their is no such smoking rooms and again and again staff people were came and knocking the door also the guy who sit on reception is rude in nature rest Manager and staff people are good. This property is newly built up and still construction going on so when I stay I was getting construction noise from upper floors. In washrooms the water is not coming sometimes I used to call them for 4 5 times. Also while I was booking it's clearly mentioned early checkin but when I reached hotel before 2 hours they ask me for extra rs and same for checkout I paid 500 rs bcoz my train at 2 PM so just stay till 1 PM I paid it. if I am giving a rating for this hotel out of 5 which 2.5 and I am not suggesting anyone to book this same budget lot more options are there in banaras.

This hotel is in the residential area and approaching road to the hotel is a bit narrow. The entrance to the hotel is on the busy street itself. The hotel room was good. Food was just average. Kashi vishwanath temple is approximately 4 kilometers. Overall experience is average.
