नीच है ये लोग कही भी रूम लो पर इसके पास नहीं
नीचो का सरदार है ये मैने MMT से होटल बुक किया इसका ये अपने होटल में काम चलवा रहा था । सारे कमरे बदबू कर रहे थे । मैने इससे कहा कि आप MMT पर ये डाल दो कि रूम उपलब्ध नहीं है और मेरी बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दो । पर ये दमी बोलता है कि आप कैंसिल कर दो मैने कहा मेरे करने पर रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा तो ये बोल रहा की मैं आपको रूम तो दे रहा हूं अब इस पागल को कौन बताए कि सड़ा बदबूदार कमरा इसका ये अपने परिवार को ऑफर करे । जब जगह जाओ पर इसके यहां नहीं बनारस में कही भी रूम ले लो । जब मेरे और इसके बीच बात बढ़ी तो इसने मुझे 70 प्रतिशत रिफंड ऑफर किया और अभी भी वो मेरे अकाउंट में नहीं आया ।

Location was near to Kashi Temple but only rickshaw and auto can go on congested area. Staffs were good and cooperative and helped in delivering food orders. Services are good.

We booked at the room late night as we reached Varanasi at 3am, The guy at reception argued saying there is no booking and no rooms are available. . he said I don't trust this message. That was so frustrating.. I asked the receptionist to call his owner or I will call him.. Then he gave us a compromised room with stinking smell on the beds and lenins. Bathroom were skinking very badly with broken comode seats. Since it was very late wewere super tired we had no other option. Next day the owner came and said he has not got confirmation He asked me to do a cash payment and get a refund Accidentally he showed his phone, where he didn't confirm my booking details from his end. we checked out quickly

Disappointing
The moment I stepped into the reception I was terribly disappointed . The floor was all littered with bottles and papers . The bathrooms were all stained. The bedding was filthy and stained as well. Overall an unhealthy stay is how I would state.Definitely not recommended for family !
