Met all the requirements in our corporate travel guidelines. Finance department would approve this choice without any questions.

The staff was unsupportive and unprofessional. The AC wasn't working and so was the telecom & Wifi. The bedsheet and blanket was dirty.

Very good service and room clean and best 💯👍 But room for clean Dustbin not available. Next time provide Dustbin. Thanku

1st of room is very very small, like only u have bed no other place to even walk comfortable.. 2nd they take money from u, but still they won't provide u breakfast telling it's error or something 3rd they don't even provide u water bottle 4th they tell all toiletries provided but they give u only soap, no other things . 5th they won't even provide towels and tissues, 6th they say 2 hrs complimentary early check in and 2 hrs late check out, still they ask 500rs for checking in and 500 for late check out.. even if u give money, no respect at all . worst experience in life.. if u ask any questions they reply to u very rude..

No serious service, no proper communication, Payment for morning breakfast was done but it was not provided. No proper every day room cleaning provided.

It was a nice stay with my family. Especially very genuine and affordable price during this period of rush wrt kumbh 2025 occasion. Staffs are friendly. (but can be improved a bit on part of cleanliness)

Pathetic hotel, i will not recommended it to anyone. Poor staff strength, no cleanliness. Make my trip should not encourage such type of hotels on their platform

third grade rooms ,staff and location.. never ever book this pathetic place.. booked three room for emergency purpose and it was such a waste
