The exceptional friendliness of the staff, the exceptional cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the convenient location, or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, Beside the roop top at evening gaves a peaceful vibe.

Too Expensive as per location , rooms were clean and beautiful but bit small in size.Overall good experience but price is almost double of the value provided .

Hotel stay was awesome & staff are very cooperative to support. Excellent hospitality 👍👍 safety’s & hygiene are nicely taking care of them

Very clean and well maintained hotel .Staff is very helpful hotel is located near to Assi ghat .They don’t have parking but they do a very good arrangement.Their helper boys are very respectful.I would scale it 10 on 10 for cleanliness and service.Would highly recommend

A very pleasant and nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The terrace dining area is so cool. Had a nice dinner. The staff is very supportive and overall a good stay.

I requested a room for 3 person. But when we arrived at the hotel, they provided 1 extra bed on floor. Thats not what I had asked atleast when I had done the booking for 3 person there should be proper arrangement for same no of people.

make my trip suggested the hotels, location is perfect as all ghats are at walkable distance. The food is awesome, The rooftop restaurant provides an overview of The Ganges

Room quality was not good as compare to Price

Bad experience overall. Booked two deluxe double room for 5 adults and one child. I was told each room would have a double bed plus one sofa cum bed. One room had an extra bed, the other room didn’t have that either. Extremely small rooms with barely any space for the luggage. Poor service as well. Called for tea kit which never arrived. Reported this to reception prior to leaving for sight seeing, they denied getting a call from us about the same and still didn’t send the tea kit. Would say avoid at all costs. They blatantly would lie to your face.

Comfortable stay and good value for money. Cooperative hotel staff and very helpful for your needs. The room airconditioner experience could have been better.

Good hotel, great staff and awesome food. Location of hotel is near ghats hence sometime transportation may be difficult by your own vehicle but you get alternate conveyance options.

Had a good time staying in this property. It is in a good location with close proximity to assi ghat and sankat mochan temple. The room is quite decent and the staff is courteous and helpful. They’ve a very good dining area at the roof top providing tasty food with quick service.

Mr Ashim Tripathi was horrible,uptill you agree to him he is great as soon as you put your input he is dissatisfied with a smiling face. They don't have house water. They consider 9yr old as ADULT. Food is high priced according to taste. Rooms are small for 4 family members. Please think twice before booking it's a suggestion and the reason for writing this review.

Please stay away from mr as-him tripathi. He is very manipulative, till you accept his ways he is great but as you have your own opinion he shows his dissatisfaction with a smile of course. He will try to take out from you how much money he can. We asked him for a room as we wanted to extend our stay but for some reason it was cancelled, first time he said ok but after that he charged whole 3000- when we didn't even stayed at the room for a mil i second. If he would have charged 50% it was understandable but he said as the room is not booked so we have to pay full amount of the room. Then the most funniest part he said from 9 yr old they consider adult. After hearing this my son said that if i come alone and ask for room they have to provide because as per them i m "adult. Food is also not good, chinese is cheap but north indian is quite priced compared to taste and quality. They don't even have provision to serve house water. I have done biggest mistake by booking this hotel, may be this will not effect their business as they have chain of agents but if one family is also saved through this review that is the reason i m writing this. Will never ever book this hotel again.

The rooms were too small. Hotel staff didn't clean the room either. Had to call the housekeeping separately

Stay was very comfortable. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Location of the hotel is an added advantage. Everything us within reach. Airport pickup abs drop facility available. What more do you want on a family holiday.
