The room are good. Courteous staff. A warm water supply was missing in the bathroom. Takes too much time while checking & checkout.

What I really liked about this hotel is spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Talking about breakfast, food is really good and they do have lots of varieties to serve. Location wise 10/10

My stay at Hotel Castillo was pathetic. Their centralized AC was not functioning at all and we were sweating in our room for hours. Multiple complaints from several other guests were made on the same including us but no proper action was taken for hours. It was a nightmare for us. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff very indecent, don't have manner to deal the guest , checkout time 11 am , 10.30 they started warning about check out , and said if delayed from 11.30 half day charges shall be applied

Staff was not professional and room was also not clear at the time of check-in. New Floor supervisor was there who took the things very perfectly else it’s very bad

Excellent location of hotel, very much reachable and good area in the city, Staff is very courteous and helpful, Rooms are well maintained . Around 2.5 kms from temple makes it easy to navigate. Important ghats are also nearby , it's a good hotel if you are looking for clean rooms , and good commutable location .
