first time in my life, hotel staff call and confirm the day and time of arrival, few times it has happened that room was not availae at tne time of check in really great experience

Rooms are small but cozy. Food was great and staff were very friendly. Located at very calm locality.

terrible staff management. We booked a suite.. no one came to clean the terrace -balcony after telling them repeatedly for 3 days.If it rains,water will enter your room through the balcony doors. You have to tell them 10 times for something to be done once. Location is also not that great. Be ready to face challenges to get an auto or a toto if the weather is not favourable. Cleaning staffs are terrible.

Room was not as good as it is shown in pics ac was not working so i have to change the room after the things in the hotel like cold drinks or water was double the mrp price and on asking why you selling this more than mrp they are saying this is our rule

allover Good...but Last Time receptionist behaved very rudely about a miner stain of ink in bedsheet she says about extra charge so I don't like this behaviour

Overall experience was not that good, because they charged me extra because of stained bedsheet that was easily washable, i had a call to house keeping and told him about that but he told me i will be at your room in few minutes but he didn’t came, and next morning the receptionist told me to pay the extra charges , that was so disgusting.

I recently stayed at dev hotel, and overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and well-stocked with essentials.

It is a quiet and convenient stay for the families, courteous service staff, but the cleanliness and the AC in the room can be serviced and improved!!

Service is too slow if you call reception to report or ask something they will send house keeping after 30 minutes only . Also , staff is manipulating every time we offer only thalis to our package customer when i say were it is mentioned they sorry that is complementary from our side also they will say we don’t have this dish that dish even ur was mentioned in there menu and they will say that we will start making this dish from next month. In buffet they are be like we have only this thanda khana . Room are bot properly maintained they have switch board issues and 1 person is best which is in housekeeping during his shift hours he comes on time. But rest of them be like sir wait wait and they will not pick up the phone calls which i have done to ask them for raising the complaint and i have to go the reception to do this thing immediately.

For us location was very convenient food and amenities and also service was really nice definitely we wil revisit

It was a nice experience staying in this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location and nice rooms.

Room was decent, bathrooms was clean, expected a centralised ac. Ordered lababdar paneer and roti. Naan and tandoori roti only available after 7 pm. Location is a bit far from all temple and ghat.

room 301 and 302 toilets are too narrow your seat has no gap with doors. food is reasonable. room services take 20 minutes or more to even give you tea. can be made more prompt. conveyance issue is terrible. Ola take very high charges from this place

Good hotel.location is in Colony area.Resturant rates are High but quality and tast of food is best special chinese food.

The rooms were clean and neatly maintained. The food taste was excellent but the only con was that the service was very slow , had to wait 20 mins for a tea . If they improve the service everything else is fine .
