when we arrived, room was small, no clealiness, no proper window, no proper ventilation & it is different from , what we have seen during booking in MMT. I started argument with incharge, they simply told, you booked room, ask MMT. They put blame on MMT only. Then they gave other room, room was not cleaned, we waited until they clean. This is the situation we faced. Evening , they told you will get breakfast @ 8am., as we wanted to leave to catch 9am train. when I saw, still cooks are sleeping inthe restaurent. Not Good For Location. Parking facility not available. Not Good Condition In bathroom. Staff Behaviour was Good and helping

Service is too bad as per rate it is so costly and no any staff is present permissis for tea or any food

All the staff are polite and gentle in nature. They offer excellent hospitality. However, the location is quite odd and lacks basic amenities. The rooms are very old.

It was a good experience, nearby location to everything, amenities and services were also excellent.

It was very nice staying in this hotel as it provides a homely vibe. Staying here doesn't feel like being in a hotel but rather like being at home, and the owner was also very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience staying here! 😁 Loved it!

The hotel is in walkable distance from the temple and rooms are clean and property is well maintained. + good staff and owner, who are helpful to guide you to complete your trip with limited expenditure.

The worst experience i had till now. There is no front office, the person who has in reception is a family member and very unprofessional. Upon asking water he banged the door and went outside, the room is completely different than shown in pictures, i was with my mom and the outer appearance of hotel us so scary. The the owner called when he received the booking but as i reached hotel he didn’t respond my call

It was excellent. Hotel owners are quite cordial and always willing to help. Services were good and on time. Overall, it was a good experience.

Very helpful owner. Good stay with family. Owner helped us very much. Also had a kitchen for kids milk boil.

Facilities are perfect and both the owners were helpings. If you travel banaras must try this hotel because it vibes like home. And pls must get advice from uncle for your banaras itinerary as well.
