Excellent location and very good facilities and cordial staff.. i will definitely recommend this hotel

The biggest plus point is that it’s right inside Vishwanath Temple Corridor. It gives us easy access to the temple throughout the stay. Close to all major shopping points. Only point to consider is that private vehicle access is restricted hence we will have to walk with luggage for atleast 1-2 km to reach. But given the easy accessibility to the temple I would not mind that. Overall the room cleanliness was good. Bathrooms could have been better kept

Southern Grand Hotel has an excellent location in the Kashi Vishwanath Temple corridor—temples, ghats, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. Staff and boys were very helpful and cooperative.

Room and toilet are okay.but reaching to property is difficult as the cars will reach only a kilometre away.

Excellent for those who wants to go purely for religious purpose. Can have temple Darashan at convenience as well as Ganga Darashan

Very bad experience. The reception staff is not helpful at all, they do not give any correct information and they are very rude to give proper directions to reach hotel. No hospitality no courtesy at all. They had put us me and my 70 year old mother in a room which was stinking as we were in a toilet. I had to push the guy at reception Ashish Yadav to change the room who didn't even acknowledge once his mistake or apologize. Very rude reception staff but the service guys were very helpful. The location is convenient but reaching the hotel is a trek in itself that too if you are not traveling light. The hotel does not help you with any darshan tickets or anything you are on your own.

The room was not in good condition and the floor was entirely wet throughout the day in our stay and also hot water facility was not available and is expensive for the stay

this is the best residence in kashi . room was clean and staff is very polite . direct access to Kashi vishwanath temple and corridor. just 1 minutes walk from Ganga Dwar .

Location ia very near to temple. But to reach there is horrible, they didn’t mention in the site about those problems. Car can’t come, autos won’t allowed and I carried all my luggage by hand over the road dor 15 mins . They should have been mentioned about it in th site

everyting is fine , but property should issue some sort of gate pass to enter in premises , everytime it is not possible to call someone at gate no 4

proximity to mandir (infact within the mandir complex), everything is priced highly (especially boat, road and any trips for that matter), just doubly priced. Charges for room access card is 300/- (if lost/ misplaced), room service is ok types, but bathrooms are not the quality standard as it should be, for this price. no restaurant, staff is ok types

Initially ac was not working. Later there were ants everywhere. Horrible experience, except it's easy to go for darshan. It is not even equivalent to a treebo room, still costs double or more.

The property is well within the temple corridor. It is very clean and comfortable to stay and equipped with all facilities. Will recommend to everyone.

Southern Grand is a nice property to stay inside the Kaashi Vishwanath temple corridor... *Location* wise it's the best since the Ghaat, the temple & the market evening is at a walking distance. Food is not available inside the guest house but the food court is at a walking distance. Basic amenities are there except for a Fridge. Drinking water bottle is chargeable, don't know why...

the Property is very well maintained. The best part was its location. The bed was very sturdy and good. The sheets were clean and comfortable. the almirah provided was very big in size and enough for holding all the luggage. The bathroom needs a bit of improvement though it was clean and the Toilet wash basin was under maintenance. Overall i would rate the stay a overall Good++
