The hotel staff are the least of the concern of a traveller who would want to visit Kashi and adjoining areas and would stay there. It is the labyrinth of protocols to be followed - you can't move around the temple even if you are practically staying inside the campus without having to explain the barricades policemen where you came from. everytime you have to enter the hotel - and you will have to do it a lot given there's not any provision of food inside the hotel. and you aren't allowed to bring any food with you to your room either. nearest is the food court in the temple premise. other practical issues are - if you choose to go for the morning aarati, you have to go all the way to the main road and that to crossing the 900 meters filthy, dark, slippery streets - while the main entrance gate no 4 is right behind your room ! of course, you aren't allowed to go through the nearest route because of the "protocols". and heavens forbid if you forgot to put your phone back in the room and you want to get it back .. you'll be literally made to run through all the numbered gates 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 19 and be mocked by the security personnel behind your back for being stupid enough to book this property for a temple visit !
In short :
Pros : Nearest property to Kashi Vishwanath. Good natured staff.
Cons : Too difficult to get in and out of your room, specially when you have elderly and got a hefty luggage with you. Too pricey a tariff for the plain vanilla stay - only sevice that the property will provide you with.
