The hotel is neat and clean. All services are excellent. The restaurant food is excellent. Location is within reach of the city and temple.

Hotel was good in infrastructure wise as well reception staff but they have committed to me for bedding arrangement for my driver but late on night staff couldn't, and Restaurant room service is extremely bad in all aspect.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hospitality was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive to all my needs. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The ambiance of the hotel was also great, offering a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that added to the overall positive experience.

Excellent Location ..Approx 2 km from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir...Parking available....Newly built property...Well Furnished Rooms and Good Wash rooms...Excellent Resturant...Food Quality was awesome...Staff were very freindly...

Hotel is clean and neat. But rooms are very small, no ventilation. Not enough space for 2 people in a deluxe room. The restaurant is the worst. Not many options on the breakfast buffet. Orders take forever. The quality of food is not good.

charged for 3_to 4 star hotel but the services is like 1 star hotel . no refrigerator, no iron as well as no laundry service.. even the breakfast they served was pathetic. we stayed or better to say stuck there for few days as we made advance payment which was not refundable.. cost about 12k for 2 days..and service provided was one third one third of its cost

it was so poor type of hotel beside the photos also there were no regular stuff like toilet papers, brush, washroom slippers etc and when I have paid for my breakfast and dinner already they charged me again for that and every time for every other thing they charge for it

The hotel didn't allow the check-in and shifted us to another hotel. Didn't get complimentary breakfast at that hotel, room service was also not available.

I don’t feel the hotel was value for money

This hotel is located is perfect main road and easy access to kashi vishwanath temple and other visiting places as well the staff is very co operative and humble hotel is neat and clean and rooms are very good and spacious worth for money

Extremely unclean rooms. Water logging in bathroom. Almost no housekeeping services. Food was just ok. Not recommended. Very much dissatisfied. Bathrooms are very poor and causes water logging when you bath giving you a puckish feeling

It was a comfortable stay for 3 nights / 4 days. The hotel is newly built, so the ambience is really great. On last day we faced issue with hot water. Other than that service was reasonably decent. They have a restaurant, which has slightly slower service due to lesser staff and on a bit expensive side. That can be improved for overall quality.

Restaurant was good, property is clean otherwise the hotel management was terrible. Very bad in response to guests. Bewakoof banate hain. Hotel terrif is equivalent to 5 star hotels and services are like any dharamshala. Have to put our luggage at our own risk. They enter to your room in your absence without your consent and don't have any regret even if you scold them. Move over geyser facilities are worst give us a electric rod to get hot water. Worst hospitality i hv ever received. One should never go to this hotel. Biggest mistake of my life.

It was a painful experience for me while booking such a hotel from make my trip. I have been using make my trip for long now, however first time it happened that make my trip recommends such hotel. Except the big room, the facilities were poor. 1. The pillow cushions were too thick and hard. 2. The geyser for hot water was non functional. 3. In the washroom they filled handwash liquid in place of shampoo. 4. The attendants at reception were not admitting their poor service. 5. They are not keeping proper records for room allocation. They sent another family to my room with the keys which i handed over to them for housekeeping. On asking they said it was the name duplicity. It was a terrible experience for me and my family. I request you to provide me 50% refund of my payment. Please note and do the needful. I want to have a discussion with representatives
