Hotel Santoor

I have stayed in this hotel before but the service is worse than before.

The location of property is easily approachable , food quality is very nice and served with warm hospitality . The reception staff is very helpful and other facilities are also very good 😊👍

The problem was from the end of hotel but the staff was good . There were no blackout curtains in the rooms it was so much of light to sleep. The room initially provided to us was different than that of the picture on the app. It was very small. Gave extra money for early check in which was not mentioned to us when we called. Had to change room again in another 3 hours because it was really small .

room is very small very small bedding and there's a smell coming from washroom. the same amount which i has been payed i am getting big room and neet and clear washroom. same i am going to mail in my organization

I paid for two night stay in a deluxe room but the room I got was worst than a dharamshala room. they refused to provide as small a thing as a sachet of hair oil. I asked for a cup of tea at 7;30 AM to that their response was that they cannot give tea before 8:00 AM. This was a terrible experience

There was no ventilation in the room and due to dirty sheets the hotel manager charged extra (₹1500) for sheets.

I have already raise the complain for the same and initiate the refund process.. Get the worst room at the hotel

The rooms were not clean and were smelling terribly bad. The breakfast menu was very limited and repeated for all 3 days. Moreover, the restaurant within the hotel was very substandard. Last but not least, the washrooms weren’t clean and had limited toiletries. Overall it turned out as if I was staying in a 2 star hotel…!!!

Hotel was not upto the mark, my room was average as per price. Staff was decent and helpfull.

Poor Service Quality and no Customer centric focus. we have booked the Deluxe Room with Breakfast availability. while taking breakfast, items were limited and later no sufficient food was available after 1 hrs..Guests were waiting and it's been too late. while asking for reason for waiting, Manager was not supportive enough to manage the situation. Pros: Rooms was spacious enough for the family. Overall stay experience was not satisfactorily. no recommendation to visit again this hotel.
