Hotel O Kashi Inn

The room in pictures was not the one we were given. Instead a smaller room was given and we were asked to adjust 3 people in that. And no room service was provided, poor wifi, not even extra pillow. The hotel is only good for boyfriend -girlfriend and you can see them making frequent check ins. So not recommended for family

The property is located in interior area where one has to either walk at-least 750 meters for transport or make some alternative arrangement. The property is furnished properly but although i had booked an ac room, i was provided non ac room. Since i had made full payment in advance, i didn't have any choice than to settle down as i had checked in with my famit. The staff were courteous. I didn't use the food and neither had opportunity to use other amenities. My purpose was to visit jain temples and hindu temples along with other important places and therefore had used the hotel room for a night just to sleep. So can't comment on other things too. Only thing is what ever be the demand hotel should meet the requirements of amenities that were offered when the room was booked. Otherwise the property can be considered to stay by travellers who just want a room at reasonable price and budget. On a scale of 5 we can give 2. 5 marks overall. I am thankful to makemytrip customer care executive who at-least graciously convinced the hotel management to offer discount to compensate for providing non ac room instead of the ac room booked.
