The hotel is very good, I appreciate the hospitality ! I will also recommend the staff here which is good, Vivek Tiwari is good at it

Service was not good, they were not providing towels and body washes. Breakfast was not at all good.

Clean bathroom and support staffs are good. But TV is not functioning. Entrance gate should remain open always.Other things are ok.

The hotel room is spacious, but some basic amenities must be good, specially the bed, the linen and bed should be good, the shower is only having hot water in cold selection, the food was simple but Salt was little less, they must provide extra salt as a precaution. The room service is good. Overall not excellent but good Stay. Rated 4 out of 5

1, Our stay in this hotel was terrible. The water fissures weren’t working fine. We drove down from Delhi, did puja at Vishwanath ji and then checked in . It was 10.30. There was parking available at the gate, but they didn’t allow us to park thr. After that, we checked in . I went to take a shower and then was the trauma. It was terrible hot water coming out of the shower. Both the cool (blue) and hot(red) sides were extreme hot water. The tap not closing. It was a trauma. Then we called the hotel desk, they sent a fool to rectify this issue. Who with lot of problem managed to close the tap. Then started his lecture, he meant that when you turn the tap from hot to cold it takes 15 mins to get cold water.. rubbish , isn’t it?His concept was, it’s also because customers need hot water , so the water needs to be hot ..

The property is very maintained and newly designed. The room, washroom, and restaurant area are clean and hygienic. The room service and food are also good and prompt. The hotel is located close to many tourist places like Sankat Mochan temple, assi ghat, etc. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This was a truly wonderful stay at Cocasa!! The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with great sleep quality. We loved the food quality, with its wide variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and will definitely be back! Thanks!!

Excellent service, very friendly staff and very beautiful rooms. In Varanasi, this is one of the best hotels.

Staying at the hotel was very good. I booked a studio room and it was just awesome.The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was very tasty.Overall,it was a very good experience.Also it is near to Assi Ghat so you can enjoy the Ganga Aarti.

All the staffs were very systematic and fast responding. I would recommend adding enhancement of food taste a little bit more. Everything was clean and super good guys. Loved it))

Property is situated in ideal place and in proximity to BHU and KASI VISWANATH TEMPLE. The staff are very cordial and friendly. The stay was memorable and worth going whenever going to Varanasi.
