right from reception to the house keeping and restaurant staff all are extremely cordial and warm. this makes the stay very comfortable the rooms are kept very neat including the bedsheets and towels. Cocasa is a very nice comfortable boutique Cocasa Boutique Hotel. It is situated on the main road and very close to BHU. The staff is very courteous and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are of decent size and equipped with all modern amenities. The toilet is also very clean and fitted with adequate amenities.The Cocasa Boutique Hotel has a very cute roof top restaurant where fresh hot dishes are served. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Most importantly the Cocasa Boutique Hotel is situated very near to Assi ghat, Sankatmochan and many more temples. The Cocasa Boutique Hotel also has a pick up and drop facility ( paid ). Overall Cocasa is a very nice Cocasa Boutique Hotel and I would certainly stay there during my next visit.

the amenities for which the Cocasa Boutique Hotel is charging such high amount was not provided by them. and on complaining MMT they said they full refund will be granted and I should cancel the booking if I m not satisfied. Instead of rectifying it they said this. Hotel staff said this is new Cocasa Boutique Hotel so amenities are yet to be provided. but my question is .. How can you set up Kichenette in the room which is already built and furnished. Microwave, Kichenette, Coffee machine, Toaster, Refrigerator nothing was provided in the room as mentioned in my mail. Very expensive Cocasa Boutique Hotel. Breakfast could be done nearby instead of at Cocasa Boutique Hotel.

My two night, stay here was excellent. The staff, special call out to the Cocasa Boutique Hotel staff. Each and everyone of them were professional, humble and very helping. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food special Call out to the chef for preparing an awesome Khichdi for my three year old girl. Other items that we tried were also wonderful. The Cocasa Boutique Hotel is also located very good location. All the major attractions are easily reachable. The famous Chachi ki Dukaan and Pahalwan Lassi wala were at walking distance from the Cocasa Boutique Hotel. Loved the stay here and will be back again.

We went for our pre wedding shoot and it was nothing short of magic. The property is beautiful but what made our experience so wonderful was the hospitality. The Savoy is a celebration of luxury and that comes out in full force in the way the guests are taken care of. Thank you, Cocasa, for such a heartwarming stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Varanasi! Also, Vivek Ji , Vishal ji and Parul Mam were also very good with their work!!

The property’s location was good , the staff was amazing and polite and were very generous…Loved their gestures and the food was great..loved the taste…The room provided was huge and had a luxurious feeling and I wanted to specially emphasise on the Cocasa Boutique Hotel staff and security guard were very nice to everyone…Loved the stay and had the best experience..Looking forward for further stays at the Cocasa Boutique Hotel only! Room good. Staff - helpful, Food - Fine, Location -Ok. Can be improved - Consistent issue with TV set top box going offline and coming back on. Service is good but room service is slow. Over-crowding at reception can be avoided ie 4 people appear to answer and surround. Over-helpful (yes that's a thing too). Food is good but at times can be oily. Overall - 4/5

A comfy stay, good service parking facility. Main road location which is good for auto or rickshaw for your dharshana

the staff was soo generous and the service was excellent , room was clean and neat . I liked the staff's way of receiving their guest.

Although the rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, the ambience was amazing, and the staff were very well-mannered, well-dressed and co-operative. The buffet had around 10-15 items only, but that, as well as the Resturant orders were amazing. Someone was at the reception round the clock. Very great experience overall.

Hotel is like new, well managed, all things are in place. Food is also good, Breakfast items were just sufficient, nothing less. Nice location, 15 min walk to assi ghat, I preferred walking.

The Cocasa Boutique Hotel is very good and the rooms are well organised and hygienic and food is top quality and location is very and everything is near to the Cocasa Boutique Hotel and only problem is in respect of hot water and staff is also very well behaved.

Room no 205 had some cigarette smell otherwise all things was good. Food was excellent and staff behaviour was good.

I was here for 2 day tour planand found a nice stay here having room with all facilities and cooperative staff. It was pleasant yo visot with family.

Very good property centrally located . The best part was the staffs who were courteous, helpful and very Co-operative. Had a great stay for 2 days .highly recommended property
