staff was friendly..room was clean

it was Clam area only one night l could hera some noise otherwise ok. they would have given the tolitt cleaning items and liquid. or else it was a good place.

I had booked a room for Feb 2025 month . Our overall experience was average. But the only problem regarding the hotel was that there was no lift and my room was on the 4th floor, because I had booked my room with balcony view.

property location is very good. It is close to Assi Ghat and close to important sights. The Peaceful palace building and rooms are clean and neat. Owner Deepak Kumar and staff is very kind and helpful. Satisfied with this choice.

The room was excellent and the stay was hassle free. Thankful to Deepak Sir who helped and guided us about the journey.

I was searching for a hotel for stay with my girlfriend because we are in a long distance relationship but getting so much trouble for this even we are 18 plus but as we know the indian society so after searching a lot i finally found make my trip and you guys have a best policy and also me and my girlfriend having best experience without any trouble your hotel staff is also very humble and helpful

It's too hard to find the location of hotel but the hotel and room was nice and the service was also good.

This hotel i found on Google maps and checked on Make my trip and found that it was much more affordable. The hotel was situated near assi ghat with a walking distance of less than 5 mins . Although the property was quite deep in that area but there were nothing to get scared of . Out stay was much more comfortable and all the staff were quite good in behaviour they also extended my stay for more than 10 hour after my check out time was over . They charged minimum for the extended stay. They room were quite good and large enough with high cleanliness. There was geyser working properly which helped us take shower in this winter . Overall the stay was all good as well as the location was also quite reacheable . Overall they stay and location was satisfactory. I would give a 4.5 star for this stay!

Our stay was very comfortable and good here ,the rooms were proper cleaned and beautiful. The staff/owner behaviour was also very good , overall it was nice place to stay near assi ghat and it has good terrace view at night also .

The location of the hotel was terrible. The staff was not at all helpful. They have no lift facility and they are charging so much for a dingy room without any windows. There was water issue as well. It was a terrible experience and all the good reviews shared earlier are completely fake and paid

Hotel location is in very narrow street. You can only walk. Further, in some of the rooms AC is not available.

Good and main location to explore b. H. U and assi ghat. Peaceful environment around the hotel and very humble behavior of the hotel help desk person.
