We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights and we hired 2 rooms. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is at a walking distance from the cruise center at Ravidas Ghat and very near to Assist Ghat. Staff was very helpful and their behaviour was excellent. Spacious rooms and very good food adds to the positive side. Overall our experience was very good.

The property is bang on Assi Ghat. You can see sunrise above the Ganges from your room.It's in close proximity to Viswanath Temple. They've provided a guide with is whoade our stay much special who would take you to best places to visit and famous local cuisines. The property organizes classic concert ech evening which is awesome.

worst experience.. rooms are substandard as compared to price. No hygiene. Smell in the room. MMT please check your sources before recommending such hotels..

Dear Guest, When you stayed in our hotel, our hotel was newly opened and the hotel was being beautified. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. At that time, there was Kumbh and there were a lot of bookings. This is not our excuse. The hotel was new and the team was less. Please forgive us for the mistakes that happened at that time. Right now our hotel and team are sufficient, that is why if you see us online after February, then no review is negative. Right now the room has all the facilities like TV, AC, basic everything. My stay at the grand ganga view was very comfortable. The staff was extremely cooperative, helpful and caring. The environment was safe. The view of the ganga from the hotel was the best part of the stay, it was extremely soothing and serene.
