They’ve got mice roaming around the room. Literally woke up to one crawling on the bed. The staff is undoubtedly great and quite helpful especially Anshu. However when informed about the mouse, a staff member came by with a broom and since he couldn’t find it he just up and left. Mouse droppings are literally everywhere, bed’s headboard literally has dust. The balcony door was never opened during the stay and the room still had mice!! Disappointing experience with the hygiene situation. The AC barely works! There’s no view of the Ganga as advertised. I mean for the cost of stay I’m sure I could’ve found something much better than this. The hotel is in the interiors, no rickshaws or cabs can go till the hotel, you’ll get dropped at Harishchandra Ghat and you’ll have to walk up to the hotel. Definitely a disappointing experience.

The amenities were great. The staff was very helpful. Mr. Anshul guided us the whole city and temples. He made our darshan very comfortable.The hotel very beautiful.

one word which discribe it's all is awsm. everything was near to them and easy access to mandirs and ghats

I had a very poor experience, the hotel was renovated recently and they are still not ready to host the guest, the room which was allocated, ac was not malfunctioning and the fan was very slowly moving, TV was non operational, WI-FI network was not there, they don’t have geyser in their bathroom, water flow was very poor, in short I had a pathetic experience.

Service was not up to the mark. There was no running water in the bathroom, which was simply unacceptable. The tap wasn’t working, and the wash basin was clogged. Despite booking their most expensive Premier Room, basic toiletries were not provided. The room itself was just average. More importantly, the water supply was unreliable — at one point, the hotel staff asked us to use the washroom in an adjacent room, which was a major inconvenience, especially during the night. There was no electricity backup, so the AC stopped working during peak summer afternoon hours, making it extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned properly. Overall, the experience was far from pleasant. We paid close to ₹7,500 for two nights — this property absolutely does not justify the price. The experience was worse than a budget hotel. Would not recommend.

Hospitality was too good specially the manager Anush room service was too good and the staff was friendly

Really good property. The location is very near to kedar ghat. Kedareshwar temple is walking distance. Parking can be done in sonarpura chowk parking (paid parking. The service guys were really helpful and guided us to ganga arti, boat ride and vishwanath temple visit at very very short notice. Property don't have attached restuarant but you can visit their premium resturant or can order. Food was really good. Overall highly recommend for people who don't mind walking as it's in small lanes of kashi.

Our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. We booked two Captain Villa Queen Rooms and one King Room but received a mix of rooms, including a much smaller double bed room. Dinner was promised within 25 minutes but arrived cold and soggy over an hour later. Additionally, one room ran out of toilet paper on the first night, and we were told none was available until the next morning, which is unacceptable. The hotel also fell short of our expectations due to ongoing construction noise that made it impossible to sleep, despite our complaints. On the second day, the air conditioning in one room stopped working, damaging our chargers, and we faced water issues on the third day with no running water. While the manager made efforts to assist, it’s clear that guest satisfaction is not a priority for the owner. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating.

My worst experience with a hotel ever. They took booking without having availability. Nothing heritage in this hotel. We had booked 2 rooms . As they were not having availability they were trying to bother us with the second booking. We were travel-ling with my mom who is around 74 years old. They just took advantage of it as there was no transportation. The hotel is situated in a 6 feet wide road. We had to walk around one km to reach it. Not even a e rickshaw can reach it. It’s not meant for people who are aged or with any health issues. The 6 feet approach road was filthy. Would never recommend anyone such hotel

It was a nice place, the staff was extremely helpful and the service was amazing. But the room had no ventilation and zero sunlight. Also it's quite a walk from the main road, about 300 metres so senior citizens and anyone with a health condition should give it a miss.

The manager Mr. Anshu Gupta is very helpful and considerate. All staff members ensured we had a comfortable and safe stay.

Best place to stay. Near by ghat and can just walk and travel all ghats in straight line. Nice property and very cooperative staff person
