Property location is very poor service is very poor

This is the worst hotel at Varanasi. Don’t get fooled by their infrastructure they provide terrible services. Issues with light and even water was not available in taps . They didn’t provided the basic aminities like kettle. Even they don’t have kitchen they outsources the food and that food is terrible

One of the highlights of our stay was that the hotel also arranged a scooty on rent, which made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. It's rare to find such helpful services so easily available at a hotel. Overall, a 5-star experience — from hospitality to amenities.
