Hotel Sita

Staying was horrible, there is nothing like Room service, only person sitting in reception. land line from room not working inspite of several request. All rooms and toilet very dirty, forget about hygiene.

Worst Hotel of my Life. Room is too small. AC is fixed at 21 Degree which is not sufficient to cool the room. In Toilet 2 Times water is gone. At the Price of 4200 rupees many better option on tha ghats available. Too expensive according to room quality. I never will book this hotel again

My stay in sita hotel was amazing staff's and Manager behavior was very supportive and they arrange everything to make my trip memorable.

very near to Ganga ghaat. very friendly staff and clean palace. room balcony ganaga faces. nice food

The charges for this were two rooms for one night. Though the location was great but the rooms are poorly maintained, tacky interiors & bad linen quality for the pricing, the toilets are too small, no space to take a shower, the service is extremely poor, no one to even give you extra water bottle if you need. The AC in my room was not cooling. Not recommending to anyone, just find some other hotel around the same location. Also to note that there is no vehicular access to the properties along the ghats. You may need to tug your luggage along the winding lanes. But the view of the riverfront and sunrise is worth the effort

River view was excellent. Staff are friendly. Though the location is not reachable by vehicle, staff helped to carry luggage till hotel and vice versa, even during midnight.

This place is good if you want to stay near Ganges. but the biggest challenge is transport. there is no auto or rickshaw to reach to the hotel.

The hotel is full of mosquitoes, even after repeated request, these guys are not taking any interest to help anyone with a mosquito coil or refill

Not at all worthy of the money paid, no cleanliness at all. Took 7k and gave a small room with a dirty washroom with leakage of taps and no hot water. I haven't captured pics so attached blank pics

the location of the hotel is awesome... plus the food quality is something which is unmatched... 100% authentic and light food.. my tummy is saying thanks

Location was very good , But hotel was not much cleaned how it’s was looked in pictures. Tv was not working properly. 1 day I had problem with water , from morning to till evening there was not water supply.

Dirty room unhygienic bathroom. Not worth the price. No TV channels as they don’t pay for channels. Most of the sockets don’t work. Tea/coffee machine cable does not reach socket. Water accumulation in bathroom. Looks like for months not cleaned. Breakfast takes min 30 min to prepare as only 1 cook in the entire hotel. Nothing worth mentioning about property other than a few staff who are ready to help you.

Reached hotel very late at midnight. The care taker had to be woken to provide room. The room seems decent with comfortable bed and other amenities.

"maharaja suite" #407 was ordinary and nowhere close to its name except the view. Sleeps 3 comfortably. Hotel is on chausati ghat but not senior citizen friendly at all.

Hotel location was good but hotel rooms are not clean & it is too much unhigenic. Very small room get for superior deluxe river view room

You can access this by ghat walk, or taking gali walk from daswaswamedh ghat asking locals, well behaved staff.

Not good, breakfast is not available i want my breakfast money refund, washroom is pathetic, not at clean

Staying on the ghats is an added while staying in hotel sita. The only issue was if the rooms were maintained a bit better.

The property is awesome and situated right on the Holy River Ganga Ghat. However, the Hotel Sita needs deep cleaniness, the kitchen is in pitiable condition, once u look at kitchen you won't eat, bathrooms stinks. The staff were humble and very cooperative.
