very bad and horrible stay in Varanasi last night

coupleit was very bad in cleaning. Wardrobe was broken and walls also not cleaned, bedsheet was very dirty, blanket was also very dirty with some spots, pillow was also very dirty with red colour spots. Everything was dirty and unacceptable, i think I never ever spent an horrible and uncomfortable night in my life, I couldn't not sleep the whole night, hardly I just passed my night.

The conditions in the washroom are unsatisfactory, including problems with the toilet flushing, water supply, and the geyser not functioning. 3. The price is too high given the condition of the room. Survice is good but location wise it is tough. For one day trip it is good because of less luggage it near for ganga gate. Viswanath temple. Meenakshi amma temple. Varahe temple.

familyI have never seen such a terrible and worst room in my life, i have booked the room by prepaid payment mode and checked in on 23. 08. 24 at 8. 30 pm. I booked the room to stay for 2 days with family for 3 members occupancy soon after i got in to the room i the worst and terrible experience i have ever had in my life, room was so dirty and spitting in room and on all walls of the room. I booked it for 3 members to stay but not even 2 members can stay in that room. I asked the receptionist for room for 3 members but he recklessly responded this the room we have and you did not book the room with us this the way to behave with customers there is no lift in the hotel we have climbed for 4 floors to get check in to the room is it possible for elders to climbed 4 floors.

Very poor service. Almost AC not working. Three room changed at midnight due to the AC problem in the Hotel room. Worst breakfast in the morning. Need immediate attention to the management of Hotel. Poor accessibility. This type of Hotel needs to be removed from the online portal. As they cheat The genuine customer who is not aware of local conditions. Please take immediate action.
