Terrible Stay

It was a terrible experience as I entered the hotel I got panic attacks when I saw the room because there is a huge difference between the pictures posted on sight versus real picture I immediately asked the owner that we will not be able to stay here due to security purpose as me and my mother was traveling and he asked us to book another hotel in mid of night as the amount of stay was already paid we couldn't argue much. We have to book another hotel on 2nd day I complained for refund of money and shared pictures and videos of hotel.
