Hotel Ganges Grand

Roof Cottage Room has no access to lifts - so be very careful if you have senior citizens travelling with you - Only thing good about this hotel is its location. Their best rooms are average , linens were subpar, towels old and dirty, staff - few are good - others are okay. All n all - book only if you are okay to compromise on quality and your priority is proximity to temple and ghats.

rooms nice, housekeeping staff was very nice but reception people are very rude. doesn't co-operate in check-out or even no space given after checkout. in morning since 7 am they started asking to vacate the rooms as soon as possible before 11 am etc

Location is very near to temple. Food quality is awesome. Service was ok ok. But overall it is a good place to stay in.

Best location to stay in Varanasi..., everything is 15 to 20 minutes walk away .., from temple to ghat to eatery to shopping ... good service and petty decent rooms ...,

Road towards are no vehicle zone for cars.Some construction activities is going on we have to walk for approximate 350 mts

If you consider location then this hotel is good..but they are very expy..they don't have outside view room all room is fully packed no view and...very very expensive..🤔

Prime location, very prompt service and very helpful staff. Food quality is also very good. Overall very much satisfied with stay.

I stayed at Hotel Ganges Grand, a 3-star property near the Ganga in Varanasi. The hotel had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, and the overall service was excellent. The location is fantastic, very close to the river, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Foods are good, rooms are highly rated compared to the quality of the room provided, staff behaviour is good

Good stay, but the only issue is with transport to the hotel and the entrance is difficult to find due to construction around the hotel.

room is clean so as bad sheets and towels. and bathroom is clean..body soap is good..dental kit is provided.. cleaning staff and restaurant staff is good
