Worst hotel at varanasi.

groupHotel singh residency, varanasi is the worst one we had experienced. Though we had booked 5 king size double ac bed rooms, the hotel offered only 3 bedrooms and one non-ac dormitory during our check-in at 12 noon. And requested to cancel the bookings with a request to contact makemytrip agent for managing nearby rooms. And further we faced worst customer care experience of makemytrip which did not responded.

The location of the hotel was on road as per my preference. Hygiene was also maintained. There was no tea or coffee kit, but when we asked for it they didn't charge anything.

Room is very small, can't accommodate 2 people properly, and they give me same room for 3 people too. Don't recommend for senior citizens
