Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Location is the best thing about the Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple. It is centrally located close to all ghats and Kashi Vishwanath temple. Room was nice. Staff is polite too. They have a restaurant which serves decent food. Negative points: 1. We had requested for a room with twin beds. However, they gave us a room with 1 single bed and 2 double beds saying that they have upgraded our room. I really doubt if that is the case because from room size it did not appear so and it was facing road which meant lots of noise from the traffic. My guess is that some other guest needed 2+ rooms near to each other and so our room was given to them. Also, we had to climb 1 floor to reach the room because lift worked only till 1 floor below. Thankfully we had less luggage so it did not matter much. 2. Wifi and TV was not working in the room. We complained about 2-3 times at the reception on 1st day and they said that someone will come to check. But, no one showed up. In the end, we decided not to follow up because clearly they did not bother. 3. There was no hot water in the room on first 2 days. One other guest also complained about it to us in the lift. She also mentioned that she called few types and then someone came to check. 4. On the last day when we wanted to check out, we were waiting for 10 minutes because staff was not there to check the room.

I had a very comfortable stay at Shree Ganesha Palace in Varanasi. The location is excellent and made it extremely easy for us to visit all the major temples. The Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple arranged visits to Kala Bairava Temple, Annapoorni Temple, and even organized the Ganga Aarthi for us. They had deputed a person to guide us through all these activities, which made the experience smooth and hassle-free.There was a small miscommunication regarding the payment with the deputed guide, but once we brought it to the attention of the reception staff, they acted immediately. The issue was resolved on the spot, and the disputed amount was settled without any hesitation. I truly appreciate their commitment to honouring their guests and maintaining trust. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Shree Ganesha Palace for anyone visiting Varanasi.

Hotel rooms are good but restaurant is pathetic.Dont go to restaurant unless u have minimum 2 hrs. There is delay even for supplying bill. Buffet breakfast is not worth for the cash paid.Hotel is not accessible by car most of the times because of heavy crowd in road.U have to call cycle rickshaw from car parking or u have to walk towards car parking. Still i give positive review because Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple rooms are clean and spacious.

This one of the best Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temples(if not the best) near the ghats and the famous lanes of banaras, situated approximately 200 mts from dashashvamedh ghat and kashi Vishwanath temple. The food is just amazing. The rooms are big and linen is neat and clean. I stay here every time I visit Banaras. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Our Stay at Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple was excellent. Room was comfortable. Hotel is at perfect location from temple and from pilgrimage perspective. At present due to ropeway construction still you can stay and Shree Ganesha Palace Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple staff cooperates well for your luggage and guidance.

I have stayed for 2 days and rooms were clean and service is good. They are providing the local site seeing facilities as well with extra cost. Only concern is on rooms, they are so small.. Main advantage is the location, very close to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple

Proximity to Alipiri and good location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Did not have any issues. Food was good.
