Hotel Sahu Near Kashi Vishwanath Temple Gate

Very bad service. Room condition is poor.

hotel is near to temple but main problem is of transport..vehicles not allowed till this hotel so lot of hard work required to shift bags..we had to leave our vehicle 2 km away and then hire cycle taanga that also till 750 mtrs from hotel..rest 750 mtrs we had to carry manually..wash room was not clean..we had taken room with 2 x 2 beds as we were 3 adults 2 child together..overall 3 of 5 marks

1. I asked them for early check-in and they said yes but when I reached hotel they denied. 2. They provided used smelling towels they didn't provide toilet utilities like tissue paper, dustbin, soaps and when I complaint this to owner he simply ignored me. 3. they didn't even provide the complementary water bottles, I need to fight with them and give those bottles. 4. owner is irresponsible staff is not cooperative with guests. 5. Except it's good location nothing is good about this hotel

Worst service and maintenence

Room service was not satisfactory.Check in was not smooth .Amenities are not up to the mark. Location is good.

Worst ever hotel experience on makemytrip.They mentioned every amenity on makemytrip for deluxe but in reality you need to ask for everything. More worse is the room service. Their landline on reception will always be engaged(looked intentional) and you need to call the mobile number for any request. Centralised boiler was off due to no demand. No kettle in the room. In the name of toiletries only 1 soap was given. no dustbin in the bathroom. service time minimum 30 to 45min for any food order. staff did not know how to operate room ac remote.

1.location wise great. 2.room was as per photo i seen. 3.room was neat and clean, 4.Bathroom was spacious. 5.room service was good. 6.hotel has its own restaurant and food was average. overall experiance was good.

Location wise property is good. But stuff behaviour & cleaning is worse.

Hotel location is best,you have to ask for towel,soap,water and basic amenities and services.manager has poor service attitude

The toilet in hotel room was placed directly below the washbasin, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. I called the reception to report the issue, but the staff member was completely indifferent and even kept the phone receiver aside without addressing my concern. This kind of unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. Overall, the service quality was very poor and far below basic standards. Definitely not worth recommending.

I will provide a complete review later once my trip is over and with detailed in a constructive way.

Hotel location - near Vishwanath Dham entry; a little walk to Dashwaswamedh Ghat; a bit far from the auto stand (now Girija Crossing PDR mall due to shravan) Room size - ⭐⭐⭐ Room cleanliness - ⭐⭐⭐ Water supply - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wifi - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ AC - ⭐⭐ (when loadshedding, it will be OFF) Drinking water - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Aquaguard cold water 24/7, it saved our lot of money then) Service - ⭐ (phone was not working, every time we used to go to reception for help,) Lift - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall - It's good ⭐⭐⭐
