Hotel was good, staff and manager of that hotel were so kind. But room AC is not properly working, leakage from AC.

This place is conveniently located near the temple and ghat, but that's about it. The rooms are poorly maintained, with unpleasant odors from the beds. Amenities are lacking, such as in-room trash cans. The service is subpar and the restrooms are in a terrible state. To top it off the AC seems to be switched on and off at the management's convenience, rather than ours. Additionally, be prepared for a long walk if you have luggage, as the location is near Gate #1 and there might be restrictions on autos and rickshaws during festive seasons.

Good and satisfying.Nice place near the Vishwanath temple. Good place to recommend for people who comes for a pilgrimage.

Don't ever book this property. My older parents struggled to reach at the destination, it's way inside the street almost very narrow street 2 km inside. Hut they saying only 2 minutes from Gowdhalia. they don't even pick up calls . Very dangerous...

Property is quite near to the Vishwanath Temple. although it is in the gully, the hotel and rooms are good.

Great hotel to stay in Varanasi for the people who are visiting the temple. Situated right next to Teample. Gate 1 is just few steps away from the hotel. Hotel is is 500 meters away from Mani Karnila ghat and walkable to many food places.

To find the location google map is best. There is no mode of any transport available to reach the hotel except on foot minimum 2 km.

The hotel was clean and at a good location. Bathroom was good too. However hotel reception doesn’t pickup the call, even when a tourist finds it difficult to find the hotel. They kept my parents waiting for 30 min at a place, saying that they are sending a guy to pick them up. Reception area could be better and staffs cooperation needs improvement.

Hotel not good. Too interior. Problems with Family having luggage. No room boy. No proper Ventilation. No proper amenities. Charged per day but amenities not matching ..Though near temple but approach to the hotel is not proper. I do not suggest any more staying there.

The location of the hotel is in a congested area, no vehicles are able to reach the place, even if there is a government "no entry" then the hotel should guide their guests with their luggage. A hotel staff came to pick up the luggage and carried it in the worst way possible through the mud during the rain. And all the rest of the luggage had to be carried by us for more than half a kilometer. There was no TV connection in the room. Very rude manager, with the worst behaviour to my experience. He shouted at each and every guest not even trying to solve their grievances. Lack of professionalism nothing else. Rats running across the room, no room service.
