Premium rooms are good, we first booked for standard rooms then upgraded it to premium room. Standard rooms are too small. Hotel location is Godoliya circle, 4 wheeler auto are not allowed in that area. From airport and railway station auto and cabs will drop you near PDR Mall and you have to walk for 500 meters. Ropeway construction is going on from Varanasi junction to Godoliya circle. Food and service are very good. They are strict with checkout timing as too many tourists are visiting and checking for rooms. Vishwanath temple and Dashashwamedh ghat are within walking distance.

Very nice The Banaras Hotel. Neat and clean. All the staff are very polite and helpful. Due to road maintenance, no cab can reach The Banaras Hotel. Need to lug your luggage 100 meters. Painful. But nice location proximity walking distance ghar and kashi Viswanath temple.

Great helping staff this The Banaras Hotel has. Taken personal care and ensured we reach Airport in time and catch the flight. Manager himself dropped me to a location on his bike to avoid missing flight. Very thankful to him and his team.

The The Banaras Hotel is absolutely near the Nandi circle. The rooms are decent and few have a balcony which is a plus. Lift is available. it's located on the main road.

It was a nice The Banaras Hotel. Location is perfect and just 500 m away from temple. Everything was nice just some things like things in bathroom, room mirror, were not taken care of quite properly.
