Hotel Rudraksh Villa

Hotel location is excellent but other things are horrible. Rooms are very small as a triple bed room which was i booked. Rooms are very dirty, unhygienic specially bathroom. Room service is so pathetic. One service boy named jitender is so so much rude, arrogant. They don't do daliy housekeeping. If we tell them they excuses us various reasons. Till now most worst experience hotel which booked through mmt. Food quality is very good but room quality, room service, behaviour of service boy (jitender) is so pathetic so horrible which i can't describe in words.

Hotel rudraksh villa, varanasi - a wonderful experience we recently stayed at hotel rudraksh villa in varanasi and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, hotel rudraksh villa is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. Highly recommended!

Hotel service not good cleaning not as per per our expectations

Nice experience, good environment, and hygiene. Near to ghat and mandir. Nice hospitality. Good hotel to visit. Good hospitality from anurag and vishnu.

Remarks & review of our of our staying at Hotel Rudraksh Vila:- During our three days' staying at the hotel recommended by you was not at par with the hotels of this cost and standard and thereby I have already lost our faith on your recommended hotels due to the reasons summarised below:- A)We spent all the three days without viewing any TV programme including IPL MATCH because TV was out of service। We have to go nearby restaurants for this। B) There was no provision of drinking water service inside the hotel room । From the day one we have to purchase bottle water from the canteen , provision of drinking water otherwise on the part of hotel was totally absent। C) The room cleaning services during our staying was provided late after 11 AM. D) The exhaust fan in the bathroom was out of order E) Hotel construction work was going on till 11 PM in the night. Please do justice to your goodwill। Thanks।

The only plus point of this hotel is the location. It is located right at the godowlia or nandi chowraha, but even then we need to walk for around 100 metres as vehicles are not allowed. The rooms are very small and conjusted. The beds are so small in the length that an average height person is also not able to sleep comfortably. There was dust settled inside the wardrobes. The bathrooms are not so clean and not maintained well. There were spider webs hanging in the bathroom. Ac was not cooling properly. Room service was not professional. Had to ask them multiple times for a single thing and they always tend to forget. I would recommend this hotel for the price they are charging.

The hotel is located in strategic location. Staff is courteous. Rooms are without windows. Linen was not clean. Out of our two rooms, flush was not working in one. The receptionist was very helpful. It is not a bad hotel but of course you should have moderate expectation from it.

Location matters easily accessible to ghat, vishwanath temple and food in hotel is nice. Staff are cordial and very helpful. I would like to refer "pranav" who was very helpful arranging things right from day we arrived till we checked out.

Overall hotel was good to stay. It was nearest to temple and dashashaemegh ghar. During dev dipwali it helped a lot since all transport was blocked. Some cleaness should be been done on daily basic which i think was missing here. Once you take your hotel room it's urs. This should not be. Overall it was comfortable

Cleanness is veer bad. Not worth for the money.

The stay was comfortable the staff was good and happy to assist, took care of our concerns very well. However, cleanliness not so good. The bedsheets and rooms are not that clean as one would expect. However, if you ask the staff, they will replace it well.

Location wise it is nice. But room was smell, bedding, pillow and bathroom were dirty. They had curtains that was also not covering the whole window. I had to run behind people to get it cleaned.

The location is undoubtedly good but the services being offered are not worth the price being charged. There were a lot of situations when hygiene was compromised especially for cleaning purposes. The staff was apologetic and humble but it didn't make the stay less uncomfortable.

Was designed good to suit stay as in deluxe room

Nice staff, excellent service, polite behaviour, very near to temple, easy availability of transport just outside hotel, food service available in hotel.
