Good stay . Very close to the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Only problem is the way to the hotel is too narrow makes it difficult to go if you have luggage

Property location is incorrect on Google Map, I have added correct location on Map.Rooms where clean and Hygiene. Breakfast and lunch can be ordered through reception desk they will bring for us from outside. There is No Water Geyser in Non-AC and AC room. TV is there but not working in any rooms. Staff is very good and supportive. OverAll nice location. I recommend Highly this location

The location was good, but the room wasn’t up to the mark. It was small but fairly decent. The bathroom was shared and quite cramped — it could have been a bit more spacious, although it was clean.

Lodge is situated in very congested areas and service are also poor. Room size is very short & AC is also not working properly.

Faucets were not working properly, manager was rude and not cooperative at all. The Room was untidy and quite narrow. No help from staff members either

The property is right besides the temple Kashi Vishwanath but you won't get to drive in your vehicle to the property. It comes in two different options of attached washroom and common washroom so check thoroughly before booking in.

Good place for stay near Kashi Vishveshwar mandir, Varanasi Room is clean, pleasent stay. excellent staff behavior.

. The property does not provide most of the listed services (basic amenities mentioned during booking like Jet Spray, AC etc.),. The difference between 2 room categories was majorly AC, for which we overpaid (for the premium one); however didn’t get it. So no point of listing multiple categories. The approach road is a nightmare - not at all suggested for kids or elderly people. One gets questioned multiple times by local cops when you try to go to the place, which is always chocked with devotees. The only good thing about the place is its proximity to the temple.

The hotel denied me the check-in after the payment was done : staff was very rude . I was literally on road even after paying the amount .

We booked our room a day before and we confirmed the booking beforehand by calling the number that was provided. It was mentioned our booking was confirmed but when we were trying to check in the manager of Golden Lodge asked us to pay 1500 more to get a room otherwise to cancel the booking. It was 4 PM in the afternoon and we were tired enough to find a new hotel. So we had to pay to them another 1030 rupees at the end to get the room. room instead of the original price. So I will think twice from the next time .

Worst experience, manager behaviour was not good enough as well as the people who were working there

It was the worst experience.2 hour before check in ,the hotel staff told us the booked room was not prepare and the bathroom flush is not working .So they offered us a new room at new price.We again paid the money and the manager told us that he will return the amount of first booking completely but he paid and the amount was around 7450..I got 2000 less...
