Hotel is basically used for marriage. Not worth to stay. Rooms are too small. Beds are not maintained properly

Too many bugs, no female staff, anyone entering room without knock, no paneer, no chicken, food tasteless, electricity outage frequently, no water in pool, rooms still in renovation, no respect of privacy, no stores nearby, no wifi, staff physically weak unable to pull luggage, printer not working, too much dust

Prime location with beautifully made campus. Staff behaviour was pleasant. But rooms need some maintainance

The room was okay but the toilet was dirty. The ac was leaking. No telephone to connect. Water bottles were chargeable from bottle 1. Bed was stinky and dirty. Swimming pool was not in a condition to use. Bad stay

Property is not good electricity and geyser problem there and not hygiene bed sheets are old and not properly maintained

Hotel cancel-led my booking at the last moment and also denied to refund my money. I suggest never stay in this hotel ever, they are mafia and they think they can do any thing with customer

The bedhseet was not clean, it was untidy as if someone just before us left the room and they haven’t changed it and ac was not working properly no cooling no vantilation. And there was some kind of smell rooms were stinking.

The reaort hotel is really filthy, ill maintained and ext-remelt poor services. Lowest grade hotel, nobody should stay there. Makemytrip should remove sanjay hotel from their approved list. No one else should suffer

Staff behavior is too bad. Extra charges for food. Maintenance is poor. Power backup not good. Ac was not working properly. Bathroom was not clean. In one line if anyone stay there that will be waste of money

I have never had to such a terrible stay at any hotel. I booked 3 rooms (2 superior rooms and 1 deluxe room) for single day stay here, but at the time of checkin hotel staff informed us that only deluxe (which has rooms were ready even when we checked in after 1:30 hrs of the check in time. The hotel was not having even basic amenities like Mini Bar refrigerator and it took them 2 hrs to provide water bottles and that too were in normal temp in summer of June. On complaint they inform that their Kitchen freezer was not working ☹️. Furthermore, they don’t provide even basic toiletries in rooms. There was no Shampoo, Bodywash, Toilet tissue provided in any of the rooms. Again, on complaint they provided only mini soap bars. The rooms was dirty and not maintained. And above all, the staff was rude and does not have basic etiquette of hospitality. Sharing few photographs as well showing poorly maintained rooms.

Ac was not working showing leakage over bed, soap was not given for bathroom, towel was very dirty, bed sheet was very dirty & have holes in it. Room was very dirty. Dirty is not right word, i think i should use more pathetic word instead of dirty.

I'm not satisfied with the hotel sanjay motels facilities. The maintenance of the room is very poor and washroom also not in good condition.

It is very near from airport that's why i choose to stay there. Rooms are big enough but initially slight stinky. Prompot for service with limited menu items. Cooperative staff, good ambiance and location,

No breakfast, room was good but bathroom was not good

Completely terrible experience, ac was not working even fan was put off. After several time fan was started for a while. Receptionist was un-mannered. If you can't give service please shut your hotel. I'll never ever stay or recommend such kind of services

Hotel manager was so drunk he started abusing us. Situation go so heated that we left the property at 2am in the middle of the night.
