Location of the property is excellent, with easy access to the ghats and market area. The Staff is friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The rooftop restaurant offers great views and good food. However, the Room size is small, and hot water can be an issue. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms need improvement. The property is noisy, and the approach road is narrow. Despite some shortcomings, the property offers a good experience for a first-time visit to Varanasi.

  The property is located in a great location near the ghats and market area. It provides an authentic Varanasi experience with easy access to the river Ganga and Kashi Vishwanath temple. However, the approach to the property is through narrow lanes which can be difficult to navigate for cars and autos. Some guests also complained about the smell from the nearby burial ghats.

  The staff at the property are friendly, courteous, and helpful. They go out of their way to assist guests with their needs and provide recommendations for exploring the city. Guests appreciated the warm-hearted receptionist who was able to solve all their problems. However, some guests complained about the staff being unavailable at times.
