Management & Staff are very much helpful and knowledgeable about the local things. Food is excellent. Location is good.

Staffs were too good and cordial. They literally guided me for all my itinerary and made sure that i was given no discomfort

The service in this hotel is exceptional and competent. The rooms and bathrooms are clean for this location right next to the ghats. Go for the ganga view rooms if you have a choice.

The entire process of reaching the hotel is extremely disappointing & discomforting ! after arriving in varanasi (from the airport, railway station etc) the guest is required to get-off his / her vehicle at a considerable distance from the hotel, bang in the middle of a road amid-st severe traffic & chaos, at which point the luggage is collected / handled by the hotel staff (suitcases dragged on the dirty roads & lanes) and the guests are extremely tense whether it will reach the hotel in safe & sound condition. From the de-boarding point, the guests need to walk /or board a rickshaw to reach the hotel which is 5- 15 mins away. Once inside the hotel / rooms one needs to be prepared for shocks & surprises since the entire infrastructure is dilapidated and unsafe. It badly needs repairs and a huge upgrade. The saving grace is the manager & staff service / attitude as well as river-view which are the 'only' good part. All-in-all, it is not worth the tariff that the hotel charges until they improvise the guest arrival procedure as well as refurbish the infrastructure & room interiors / amenities.

The room was too small but river view was the best part of this stay. Location wise not bad rather you can call it good as ghat was quite near. But very costly not worth at 6000 per day.

There is no vehicle approach to the hotel. It takes 5 - 10 min walk in narrow, dirty alleys to reach the hotel. It is not suitable for families. The room is comfortable as shown in the pictures. Staff is helpful.

The hotel has no access for transport. You have your walk 5-10mins in very small and uncomfortable alleys to reach the hotel. The staff is very helpful. The room is comfortable as shown in the pictures. This could be suitable for individual travellers who want to experience the small lanes of varanasi. Otherwise the approach to the hotel is very inconvenient.

The amazing part of the stay was the hotel with its awesome view and unbelievable staff who went out their way to help and guide at any time of the day or night with zero irritation. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel (specially ganga view)was great.wen i say food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities.

The hotel, staff, food are all good. We had a nice stay. The hotel is on ganga ghat due to which no transport facility available till hotel and you need to walk 1-1. 5kms so please keep that in mind if you are travel-ling with senior citizens.

Located on the bank of mama ganga, fabulous hotels with good staffs. Always ready to serve their best. Food was very good and the rooms are clean and tidy.
