Poor hospitality Maintenance of the room were very ordinary. Lock of the Main doors were broken. Corridor was exposed to electrical short circuit. Maintenance of the lift was also very poor. Main switch was broken. No drinking water

The staff's were very unprofessional the room was no clean taps are not working properly.

The hotel rooms are small. Not maintained properly. The rooms are not cleaned properly. The location is very good. The hotel staff is okay. There is no food facility but many shops at the doorstep. Four wheeler movement is prohibited in the hotel area from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.

I booked a deluxe room, but I got a double bed, an ordinary room. When I complained, they showed me three similar rooms, but they refused. No extra amenities. Staff behavior is very poor. They didn't come to clean the room even once in two days. I got a used bedsheet and a blanket filled with balloons.

The property was very bad it did not match the description given , the pillow covers were roten , bedsheet was tourn , lift was absolutely in a very bad condition with no proper buttons like buttons were broken high chances of getting electric shock, any kid using lift will actually come accross the electricity shock very badly . Terrible staffs not cooperating at all , forcing for room service not needed just to get tip,tea was very bad . Room A/c remote was not working, a/c taking so much time to get started, no proper fan , no cupboard, no hock , no doormats, very pathetic service very pathetic

Raatko checkin ke time in logo n paani ke lie mna kra jabki online inki policy m free mineral water likha hua h, bole buy krna pdega paani. Room was very dirty. Checkout wale time bahar baarish ho rhi thi, Hum logo ke 4 rooms th to hmne inhe request kri ki hmara saman ek room m rkhe rehne de pr thoda charge krle par inhone charge m almost ek din ka charge hme btaya. Bohot request ke baad bhi ye nahi maane , family m ladies h uska b lihaz ni rkha. At the end 2 din idhr stay krne k baad hmne barish m struggle kra. Non cooperative staff, worst hotel

Room was good, it was easy to locate, amenities are OK ok kind of Service is ok ok Food is near by n really good Really good restaurant at the entrance of the hotel must try it
