Terrible Experience at Yash Residency – Not Worth Booking... I booked Yash Residency near Assi Ghat, Varanasi, solely expecting a decent and hassle-free stay. However, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare from the moment I arrived. 1. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Rooms ✔️ The room was extremely dirty – dusty bedsheets, unclean floors. ✔️ The bedspread was visibly stained... ✔️ The bathroom was not cleaned properly, making it very uncomfortable to use. 2. No Basic Amenities ✔️ No dental kit was provided, despite being a basic offering in most hotels. ✔️ They charged premium rates but failed to deliver even standard services. 3. Misleading & Poor Customer Support ✔️ After going through multiple complaints on Phone call, only offered a 20% refund, which is unfair given the experience. This property is useless and not suitable for stay . The location is in the residential area. Rooms are bad. The bath room flush not working. Stool not available in bath room and narrow bath room. When two people stay in room only one bottle of water is provided. Towel is only one. The staff behaviour is nonsense. Erogant and no person to carry baggage. No restaurant and break fast not served . I am sorry to say don’t choose this property.

location was not good. as per price charged thr room was not good .The hotels seems to be residental area with bad connectivity to main city

first of all the hotel location is very poor. we had booked an executive room however we were provided a super deluxe room. TV was not working in the room. inspite of several reminders they didn't resolve. The intercom was not working so one has to go to reception for any service. The bathroom was dirty and the faucet (jet spray) was not working. they only provide charged mineral water bottle and doest have a jug or cattle for regular water. i complained many times but they didn't resolve any of the problems I faced. when I complained they said they have given us complimentry water bottle for which I had paid 50 rs. so here they are lying. at last I raised a complain and the hotel owner accepted all the problemes I faced but other had shown the ability to resolve the problems. and I am very much disappointed when didn't helped me at all and insipe of several calls they offered me a complimentary this is such a reduculous. i had very bad experience from the hotel

i booked 16 rooms for 34 peoples but they dont provide the keys they only provide 14 rooms key and whole night we are adjusting on floor terible staff they dont provide hot water for bath and services no facilities and no compensation at all such a bad experience with the hotel pls dont come

No parking facility was there in the hotel. They said breakfast was included but not even they served tea. Room was so small. Bedcovers were not clean. Location of the hotel was in very interior.

The hotel staff was unprofessional, no tea included in breakfast, no lift in hotel, overall very bad experience. The aproch road of hotel is very bad, no parking facilities, only 1 same dish daily in breakfast, no proper room service

Good room with basic amenities at the property and also staff was very polite. We booked our vip darshan with the help of hotel staff which was very helpful for us, thanks for all your cooperation we will recommend you to our friends.

The size of the room is good, the food here tasted good, the way of welcoming at check-in seemed very unique which made me and the people with me very happy, keep making your customers feel good like this, we will visit your hotel again soon.

All things are enough i have a suggestion which the hotel should do, considering the way their rooms are booked, they should also add a good restaurant in their building everything else is quite good, scooty is also provided on rent here which i found to be the best thing.

This is the worst hotel ever i has stay. This is a not hotel because they don’t know anything about hospitality. You can imagine about this hotel, they charged for water bottles.

The room was clean. Food i buy and serve in the room which was really tasty. Hotel premises was very clean & peaceful which was make an another level of relaxation, ghat & temple visited from here all was good and i can recommend this property to another travellers.

Absolutely pathetic and waste of money. You can't call this a hotel. Terrible hospitality experience at the hotel. Basic amenities like Geyser, intercom, Iron etc are not provided. Worst part is the caretaker of the property who seems content with justifying low level of service instead of fixing the issues. Extremely rude behaviour from the care taker and staff at property. Imagin you being asked to take a shower in someone else's room just because the hotel can't get geyser of your room fixed. Hotel lacks cleanliness and rooms are sub standard. Owner didn't even bother to compete finishing of doors, rooms, walls etc. No lift available in the hotel. Extremely poor location of the hotel. It's located on a one way street inside a residential place. Extremely difficult to get a auto or cab from/to this hotel. I was charged rate of a three star for this hotel however it's no better than a low budget lodge.

It was first bad experience in hotel booking from mmt. The hotel was in very interior and location is not they said in the advertisement. In hotel room there is no facilities they advertised. Even catle was not inside room. Not brakefast. No lunch nothing they provide even it was included in price. I should get refund my money

Very nice amenities provided, really liked renovated new rooms. All team was there to assist me & my husband, room was quite perfect with hygienic washrooms.
