Overall, the hotel's facilities were good and the rest of our experience was pleasant. However, there were a few issues that I would like to bring to your attention: Housekeeping: During our two-day stay, our room was never cleaned by housekeeping. Amenities: We were provided with only one body wash. When we called to request another one at night, we were told it would be sent up, but it never arrived. Checkout: We requested a small extension for our checkout time, but the hotel receptionist was unable to accommodate this. Dining: We were disappointed with the quality of the dinner, specifically the Maharani Thali we ordered. We hope this feedback is helpful. We believe that addressing these points will improve the experience for future guests.

Stay was overall very good , accessibility and location of the hotel was good , transport availability was good as it is on main commercial market , 200 mtrs from Sankat mochan temple etc.. food quality was good , We found restaurant nice and well maintained ,room service was also good , rooms were spacious , washroom have some minor shower issue.

Location in good but a little tough to go to shri Vishwanath temple. Food is very good. Amenities are ok but some staffs on reception are not cooperative. There is a lack of communication between them and they're not serious about customer's problem.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Location of hotel was prime with key places within walking distance. Room size was quite good and there was extra cot provided as well. It has a veg restaurant as well where food was delicious. Also, location was easily accessible by e-rickshaw. Breakfast was also included as part of the package but there were limited options available in the buffet. Overall, this hotel provided much value for money
