not good with me.............................no more to say.But make my trip responses is good......

The room was neat and clean, we had complimentary breakfast included in room charges. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant manager was very polite and made sure we had a good experience.

Rooms are small. Not good for stay of three persons in room. Only a mattress is provided for third person. Otherwise staff is cooperative.

Complimentary breakfast ka leval inhone gira diya hai pichle 3 year se aata hu but 2 time se ye sab qualify gira diye hai aaor repeat wahi daily breakfast rakhte hai

location,food, and amenities are all good.Friedly staff,clean room altogether nice and memorable stay

We requested the hotel for a little extension at check out since my parents had gone to varanasi for a puja. They left the hotel in the morning and after the ceremonies were supposed to return, right around the time of check out. I had called ahead to inform the hotel about this and asked then to make allowances for a couple of senior citizens - my parents. But the hotel only allowed an hours' extension so my parents had to hurriedly pack and leave. They had to then wait at the railway station for two hours as their train to another destination was at 4 pm.

Average hotel. Stayed two nights . The room was not cleaned. Also, when asked for shampoo bottle and bathing bottle, the staff came to check if it was empty . The hotel was not clean at all, especially the boathroom. Will not stay there again.

Location of the hotel is very nice, everything is near. Rooms are nicely maintained, hot water round the clock. All the amenities as promised were available. Staff was very helpful and respectful. Food service and quality was excellent. Overall pretty good experience right from checkin.

Property location very well recognised and in market. Around 3 km from vishwanath temple. Food quality was also good. Staff is very cooperative right from nirav to restaurant staff and even guard. Their guidance and help made our journey very comfortable.

hotel is good, room is nice, hospitality is excellent. location is good, but the one major issue is bathroom is very small in size. overall good 👍

The property location is good but the rooms are very small, very noise y due to marriage, food is ok, room service is very bad. Warm water is also not available all time.

It's a good location best service best food and clean properly i highly recommend this property. I searched for this property by my friend.

Location is on the main road and property is in the ssd complex. Deluxe rooms are small might be okay for a couple or single person. We were three of us, had to move to an bigger room. Staff was helpful and co-operative. But i found rooms are in need refurbishment in terms of new paint and deep cleaning. There were stains on walls and furniture. Bathroom could have been more clean.

Room size is average. Washroom is too small so difficult to manage. Food quality is good. But management is so poor. Some noise is coming from near by room and mark the complaint but no one is responded. So difficult to take the sleep.

Good experience i am happy with hotel facilities services is also good everything is available on time

The location of the property is very good, room is comfortable and nice, nice dinner experience, overall it's a good experience
