I stayed at Hotel Banaras Place for 2 days during my trip to Varanasi, and overall it was a pleasant experience. Pros: The location is very convenient, close to key attractions like the ghats and temples. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good Wi-Fi and basic amenities were available. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. Cons: Room service could be a bit faster. Decent Hotel Banaras Palace stay at an affordable price even for families. As it is a new Hotel Banaras Palace the maintenance part is good. Response from the staff was good. They need to expand and improve the in-house restaurant which i think they will do eventually.

Overall experience is very good… A little far from varanasi cant but Hotel Banaras Palace is great service is great. Rooms are very neat n clean. Food is awesome . Interior is very good.

The stay was good. Service is good. Restaurant is also good. Location is a bit far from the main tourist attractions. Its on main road and behind railway station so little noisy area.

Rooms were not spacious but overall service is good staff was good food was good.

Rooms size a bit small. Loaction wise good. Food options are limited. Staff behaviour was very nice and helpful. They helped us for planning our trip also.

Overall our experience was very good in this Hotel Banaras Palace. Neat and clean Hotel Banaras Palace with very good hospitality. Ankit front office and ujala- very polite staff.
