-Lundry unavailable so fresh towel alternate day- still providedFilthy towels . - cockroach in room and cupboard. - lack of understanding between makemytrip - oyo properties. -temp consolation make my trip issue one voucher - but not solution for the problem --if happen next time. - water leakage from AC during the rain --whole room is messy due to rain.

The location, staff, and room space are good, but the biggest issue is maintenance. The rooms were full of cockroaches, and instead of changing the bed sheets, they just sprayed some freshener. washroom tap issue not resolved. Tap and shower common controls not working. 3 days stay but not even a single day room cleaning has been done by room service person despite of reminder neither bedsheet change or towel. Room base phone not working, tried to call to reception but didn't connect and also not connected with dining service. Base Phone is just for showoff. Poor service
