washroom tap issue not resolved. Tap and shower common controls not working. 3 days stay but not even a single day room cleaning has been done by room service person despite of reminder neither bedsheet change or towel. Room base phone not working, tried to call to reception but didn't connect and also not connected with dining service. Base Phone is just for showoff. Poor service
