I had booked this 4 BHK property expecting a comfortable and peaceful stay for my family, but it turned out to be one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. • Bathrooms were filthy, clearly not cleaned before our arrival. • Rooms were dusty and unmaintained. • ACs were not functional, and due to this, two of my family members had to sleep on the couch in extreme discomfort. • Despite paying extra charges for additional guests, no mattresses or arrangements were provided. • The staff was unresponsive and unprofessional. Their behavior was not just disappointing but outright rude and insensitive, especially when we reached out for basic help. I chose this property considering it was a family trip to a spiritual and auspicious destination, but the poor management and lack of basic hygiene completely ruined our experience. Strongly advise others to stay away from this property unless you want your trip and mood both to be spoiled. Do not book this place. It’s absolutely not worth it.

Really worth staying here. The main thing is the behaviour of mr. Rajat & mr. Prashant. They are one great hosts i have ever had, wherever i stayed earlier.

I recently stayed at Raahi, a 4 BHK flat in Varanasi, with my family, and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the iconic Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat, allowing us to easily explore the spiritual heart of Varanasi. The flat itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with modern amenities, making it a comfortable and convenient choice for our family. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Varanasi!

worst experience, bathrooms are not clean at all and staffs behavior is to rude and rooms are not clean at all.so plzzz don't visit diz apartment 🙏🙏

Most terrible night ever. We checked in at 8:30 PM and then left for Temple. We were given the contact number of the caretaker to open the door on return. We came back at 11:30 PM and called the caretaker but his phone was continuously busy. We banged the door too but no one opened. Then we contacted the owner and he assured us that the gate would open in 5 minutes. Still after 15 minutes the gate did not open. We called the owner again & he told us that the caretaker was not reachable. they called the owner and summoned him to the hotel. The owner reached at around 1:40 AM. Surprisingly, he shouted at the caretaker and finally the caretaker opened the door at 1:45 AM. When we went inside, there was no power for 45 minutes. We could see rats roaming in the entire apartment. At around 2:45 AM, power came but with rats around, we could not even go to bed. Somehow, we spent another 4 hours there and left the property around 7:00 AM.

Caretakers are too rude. Even for boiling a milk for baby, they were asking us to wait because they wanted to cook their own food. They were talking and hearing loud music till 3am at night near kitchen because of which we can’t sleep at all. Bedsheets too dirty with stains which were not changed ( i will upload pics. Rats were roaming in rooms. Kitchen is very dirty and is not private. Kitchen is for cooking purpose of caretakers not for guests (please check photos. We asked 2 parathas for breakfast as it was complimentary but they gave only 2. Whatever food we were asking them, they were saying to go down and have in restaurant and there is no lift, so our old parents were having so much difficulty to walk. Exhaust fan of toilet is faced towards drawing room, so whole drawing room was stinking. Food was very bad. We didn’t even opted for our complimentary breakfast on second day. And on last day, all workers came to us for asking to give five star rating otherwise were charging extra 1000rs before check out.

Stay was comfortable. Staff is supportive. Location is next to ghats and kashi vishwanath temple and maintenance market is walking distance.

The stay was very nice. And the staff was also very polite they helped us alot during our stay it was a beautiful properly with 4 rooms for a big family to stay during the trip.
