Loved everything about this hotel—the hospitality, the room quality, and the overall ambiance were top-notch. Only downside is the location—it’s not walking distance from the temple, and you'll need transport to get there. But if comfort is your priority, this is a great pick.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! We had booked 5 rooms at Hotel Glow in Varanasi a month in advance (end of November) for a family trip, spending around ₹25,000. However, just before our trip began, the hotel owner called to inform us that only 3 rooms would be available on the night of January 3rd, and only 2 rooms on January 4th. This last-minute change caused us immense stress, especially since we were traveling with 8 senior citizens. When we expressed our concern, the owner casually suggested canceling the booking and offered us contacts and photos of other hotels as alternatives. Feeling stuck, we agreed to one of the suggested options. However, when we arrived in Varanasi at 2 AM in the freezing cold, we were shocked to find that the “hotel” was nothing more than a basic homestay, far from the promised standards. The owner of the homestay demanded ₹21,000, which was outrageous considering the condition of the property. Honestly, the place wasn’t worth even ₹1,000 per room. I have recordings and proof of these interactions and strongly urge everyone to steer clear of Hotel Glow in Varanasi. Their unethical practices and lack of professionalism ruined what was supposed to be a peaceful family trip. Do not trust them—they are scammers.

This is one of the best home stays that i have visited. Staff is super helpful, food is home made by a cook and is awesome, room is really at par a five star hotel, location is prime being 3. 1km from kashi vishwanath and just 1. 7km from name ghat. Transport is available just outside the hotel and takes you anywhere u wish. Kudos to the owner and staff!

It was pleasant and relaxing stay. As name suggested it felt luxury in terms of design and amenities available. Close to the prahlad ghat and main road. Excellent stay, overall. Will share later

Room is ok but 1 have 11 guest but from your side it is mentioned that 3 mattress will be placed but there is no space of mattress

This was my 2nd time visiting at varanasi my stay in this property is extremely good and food quality specially breakfast is delicious meals are healthy and homely taste but little bit costly quantity wise. Overall my experience is good staff and owner behaviour is also good.

Four of us stayed in 2 queen beds. The amenities are really good. The bathroom is detached, but private, not a show stopper

My experience with the staff was not good. Caretaker were Inflexible and rude. Place was Ok for the price.

The stay was awesome. Rooms and bathroom were pretty clean. You can ask for regular room cleaning. Love to stay there next time
