I really appreciate the cooperation and coordination of the olivia's staff members and managers. The food served was delicious and freshly cooked. The rooms were clean and well organized. The services were amazing. The ambiance looks astonishing and all kinds of management can be well seen and looks organized. Overall, my experience was just amazing and likely to visit again. My family also liked the service offered by the management.

As an information we'd like you to know as we do have a fully functional restaurant and kitchen with 3 chefs on board and we do understand your need for such a review as we couldn't let you to go to our kitchen to cook a meal for your friends who were invited by you and they were not our guests. Still our staff cooperated to the maximum extent possible. Sorry to say that you have abused 2 of our service staff and even beaten one as you were drunk. We at Olivia work very professionally and never give our guests a chance to feel uncomfortable. Incidents like this really breaks the moral of our team to provide the best service to our customers. Sir no property can provide you food free of cost unless its included in your booking. Wanting starters and dinner complimentary or free of cost is something that is impractical. Regardless of everything we still are sorry from our end if it was uncomfortable for you. Thanking you. Team Olivia
