Disappointing Experience – Poor Facilities & Rude Staff I recently stayed at Holy Land Hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The water taps in the room were not working, making basic hygiene a challenge. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue. A hotel should prioritize guest comfort, but unfortunately, this place lacks both proper maintenance and customer service. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their facilities and train their staff to treat guests with respect.

Hotel name board is not there. They have marked the property as some clinic and running the hotel inside. Hotel staff couldn’t understand english and are not providing proper response to other language people. Their service is worst.

I was denied check in despite having confirmed booking due to unprofessional and dishonest conduct of hotel staff. They gave my room to someone else to earn some extra bucks.
