Staff behavior was polite but as compare to tarriff room were not at that par. No window, small room and rates are very high

Pathetic room, blocked washrooms, very rude staff. Pathetic room service. Broken washroom fittings. Unserviceable tv. Unserviceable acs.

Terrible Stay
Terrible attitude. Staff had to be told about missing services such as water bottles, clean mats etc. Daily. The standard room is a scam. Not worth the price. Food was good but thats beside the point.

Not wort
The hotel is at a good locality, but the room offered to me looks to be lowest quality. All over the room, the dust was there and while walking alsi we feel roughness. The bathroom was not having liquid soap and when i asked the person came got confused how to fill that. Bathroom was not having bucket and for getting the hot water around 2-3 minutes we have to keep water open. And she. I asked for only bucket came and for dabba again the person got confused how to get that. Room furniture was also not of very good quality, lot of seepage and cracks on wall. Overall not worth paying this amount. Room we had taken without breakfast so food not tested. This hotel id very far from temple and ghats. So if you are coming as tourist better to stay near the vishwanath temple.
