My recent stay at Veritas was, without a doubt, one of the most frustrating and disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. I had high hopes for this place, but it fell short in every single category, leaving me with a sense of regret and a strong desire to warn others.
From the moment I arrived, things were off. The front desk staff seemed indifferent and disorganized, When I finally made it to my room, the issues only compounded. The room itself was a disaster. It was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned. There were stains on the carpet, dust on every surface,
The bathroom was equally appalling. The toilet was dirty, there were strands of hair in the shower, and the towels felt stiff and scratchy. The water pressure was pathetic, making a simple shower a chore rather than a refreshing experience. Lot of power cuts and skippery washroom floors and very congested. And no inbuilt geyser.
When I tried to address these issues with the staff, my complaints were met with an alarming lack of concern. They were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or apologies. It was as if they simply didn't care about the comfort or satisfaction of their guests.
The overall feeling of neglect and indifference at this hotel was palpable. The supposed amenities were either unavailable or in a state of disrepair. The Wi-Fi was frequently disconnected.
I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Hotel Veritas Essence of Kashi to look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble, the money, and the immense disappointment. This establishment is in dire need of a complete overhaul in both its cleanliness standards and its customer service approach.
