just pathetic experience. very rude staff. even if they find any used towel having stain they will charge you heavy. Location very poor. Staff is very rude during checkout, 20 minutes late for check out you will charged for entire day. When asked about the name of the person at reception they are very rude in giving answers.

My stay with this property was excellent. Location is bit confusing.... staff's behaviour was very good and polite. Food quality is not up to the mark. Otherwise amenities were all good. Car parking is not available. overall I rate this property 3.5 out of 5. My experience with this property was good. Staff's behaviour was very polite. Amenities are all up to the mark. Food quality is average. Just one small issue was there is parking and location was bit confusing.

worst experience location of the property is very bad congested and slum around the property narrow road no parking space difficult to reach at property suggest do not book this hotel not worth for ₹1000 also so be careful while booking

Excellent Stay
Had an amazing stay here. This hotel is located near the main road, beside the sports stadium with all amenities nearby. The staff were welcoming, warm and kind. They even extended our stay without any hassle. Lovely people who even helped us in sightseeing while giving their personal inputs too which proved to be helpful and useful. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The bathroom too was tidy fit with bathroom essentials. Overall an amazing stay. 10/10 would recommend others and stay here again.

Excellent Stay
Good hotel with location very near to Varanasi Junction and Rudraksh convention center. Restaurant is very good and serves good food. Must try pakodas. Receptionist Shweta is very supportive and friendly.

Had a great stay at the property! The location was convenient and peaceful, close to major attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout.
