Gautam Hotel

Very bad and rude people. Didn’t gave us Wi-Fi password. They even asking for onion and water bottle price. And most important was they gave us room with Indian toilet I asked them to change as my mom age is above 53 still they told us no. Very bad. Don’t go there.

A group of bachelors makes me uncomfortable and my family. They are making unnecessary noise. Property is not for family.

Poor management, very old building, improper facilities. The hotel rooms were not clean. The staff wasnt helpful.

Room condition is not that good but it’s overall a good experience, kitchen service is good food is good.

prime Location 2.5 km from mandir. food are very good and feel like home made. Services are good. overall feel safe and sound hotel

The room was clean and spacious and the food was also ok but took lot of preparation time. Very peaceful stay , the location is good , though little away from the temple and ghats , so you might need to walk. They allowed early check in and also had a waiting area to sit after checkout. Please don't trust the contact they share for city tour since those drivers take high commisions at every step and cause unnecessary walking since most places autos and e rickshaw are not allowed.

Good location and good hospitality.Food quality is also good with a reasonable price.Although it’s a old property but was clean

No professionalism, rude behaviour also called 4-5 times for breakfast then went to the reception to checkout then they offered the breakfast in dining area

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. 1. Too many mosquitoes due to which I didn't get even a night's good sleep. 2. Flush wouldn't work in the morning. 3. Extremely hot water during early morning water even for the cold water pipes which includes jet spray and sink. On the other hand, the hotel staff were helpful and friendly(excluding a few who were very rude).

Deluxe bed not given by them then Room service is good and can be better and check up and check in time will be 24hrs from the check in time

Hygiene and bedding quality for extra beds can be improved

As mentioned in the description hotel did not have hot water facilities which caused tremendous discomfort.

Comfortable stay and supporting night shift staff but the receptionist and other staff were egoistic.

it was an average staying experience. we get one ltr of mineral water in all hotels I've been staying till now but this hotel provided hardly 200 ml small water bottles & that too only once for two days stay. other devices were also poor.

After booking and check in, i left out in 6 hours due to behaviour of staff and charge for every thing

Property is too old & not maintenance. Food was fresh but not good below average not good to stay
