it was a pleasant stay. we were upgraded to a suite due to our requested room not being ready when we arrived. hotel offers breakfast and lunch or dinner options. they work out to be cheaper than breakfast only plan. it's 7 plus kns away drop the city center.....closer to Sarnath. good place to stay. food can be better.

All staffs are good room is clean and their behaviour is also good. but they should maintain the equipment whatever given or what are there like if electricity is not working properly then AC will not work.Foods are too expensive.

The room size is fine.... But the AC in the room doesn't work properly.... And when the power goes out, the automatic button doesn't turn on, so if you're asleep, the AC in your room will remain off.... The location is better.... The breakfast is okay but it can be improved further for a hotel chain; otherwise, the breakfast system is average.

The bed sheets were torn. There were stain marks on the sheets. The refrigerator was not working. If you asked for cold drinking water, it was normal water.

Hotel premises is neat and clean. Location is 23km from airport and 8-9km from kedar ghat. I stayed for 7-8 hours only. Staff is polite and co-operative. Rooms are well equipped and hyegenic. Not done breakfast as i was not having time. Nice and comfortable stay.

familyDuring my one night stay on 2nd april, we couldn’t get cab while leaving hotel at 1. 30 am, we explored all the options but failed. Mr gyan s upadhyay front desk manager helped us reach in time at varanasi jn railway station by arranging vehicle and driving himself to our destination. This generous gesture of his touched us. We are very much thankful to him. Even the restaurant staff were very gentle and nice. We would definitely love to stay again if we get the opportunity to visit varanasi in near future
