The property is good but the problem is that it is too closed from all the sides no ventilation so when people stay there and they hang their wet clothes and towels it creates a bad odour through out the day. Bathrooms are very small having both the things toilets and bathing area in one place. Taps are not working properly the shower is leaking all the time the hot water is not coming in the shower when needed. AC is working good cabins are also good there are minor repairs needed as they are not in good condition. The bed sheets are not properly changed everyday cleanliness is also an issue

I booked the room and paid Rs. 1970 online but when I got there they said the room was full. They said they would refund the payment but I haven't received it yet.

My flight reached at night 10:00pm. And I called the dormitory to inform that I'm arriving. But to my surprise, he said cancel the booking as the dorm is full. I froze for a moment. Make My trip should blacklist this place. If all beds were booked how did it accept my booking? I didn't even do the booking very last minute. It was done in the afternoon. It was a non cancellation booking. And calling MMT and going back and forth with this would've wasted my night. And I had to leave early morning for the Visa appointment. I am disappointed with MMT.

I haven't get refund. there was no bed empty.i want my money back

They did not let me stay there. Despite no information about this before booking, they said they don't accept foreigners and turned me away. They said they would cancel my booking and my money would be refunded within 24 hours but it's now been 4 days and i have not received any money. Please assist.

At the check in i was not given a bed at hera dormitory even though i had a confirmed reservation with full payment done 1 month back. They just said no beds are available and we can't check you in. Later after lot of discussion they shifted me to another dormitory which was a branch of hera dormitory. Not a good experience at all

Staff are very much friendly their behavior was very good and they also guided me about the city and they also helped me get my return ticket, i'm very impressed with the service.

Very congested accommodation. Toilets are very small in size and do not have ventilation and thus stinking. Very less moving space between beds.
