my stay was very unc
The stay was not comfortable. we had booked 2 rooms to stay, but the air conditioner in one room was not working. I raised my complaint to management at 12.00am (night) but no one sorted out my grievance and at 04.00 am one assistant knocked on my door and he said to change the room, which was very ridiculous.

Firstly, it’s out of Varanasi and no availability of cab service. Next to hotel no option for food, only hotel restaurant will give the food which very expensive. Any ghat or temple is very far around 10 KM.

Terrible Stay
familyI did-not even check into this hotel. It does-not look like what is mentioned. I feel cheated and i am tempted for taking consumer forum route. The hotel looks completely deserted, no one was there, lots of construction around it. Many mosquitoes inside hotel, hygiene level is low. I feel this is a gimmick which is cheating users by false images. My one and only one, stay clear of this hotel, as this is away from varanasi and is not well maintained, charges so high when in reality it should be rated at 2stars max.

A very pleasant stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast at the morning was wonderful and had a lot of choice.

The hotel is too far away from city. We don’t get uber or ola from here. And from the city the autos are also no quite willing. The staff is good and always helpful be it front desk, manager or restaurant

Average Stay
1) shower very weak. 2) it is mostly used for marriage functions. People in celebratory mood rarely care about other room occupants. They create a din in the corridor even as you are trying to sleep. 3) power breakdowns were rather frequent albeit for small durations. 4) traffic to and from varanasi city was terrible. Property is on the outskirts. 5) front office staff requires training. 6) was promised a bill adjustment as one guest couldn't make it due to a medical emergency. Was told that the amount billed and paid for will be adjusted against food charges of restaurant. On checking out this wasn't done as the person in-charge - the front office manager (mr prateek) - wouldn't accept calls if only to apologise. I paid for fooding. 7) restaurant staff led by mr pramod was excellent, very courteous, accommodating and efficient. Food was good.

The rooms in the hotel were very well maintained. The staff was very polite. The breakfast they provided was of good quality and taste. My overall experience at the hotel was very good. I would recommend this hotel for stays

Rooms are very very spacious and clean. Room services are good and the quality of materials used in the hotel are very good like bed, electric switches, taps in the bathroom and so on.

Nice stay
Very good rooms good hispitalty but the price of food menu was high as compare of other royal orchid. Mr. Deepak & mr. Shailender were so nice as per the hospitality standard. They both are polite & very caring as a guest need. Once again thanks to all the hotel staff & mr. Deepak & mr. Shailender. Definitely i will comeback to stay if get chance to come varnasi.

Rooms were clean, but bits & pieces of wall paint was still in the making. Bed, mattress, bed linen, pillows were top notch, as were the toilet fittings and towels. The high ceilings (including the toilet) impressed me, but absence of shampoo conditioner/ body lotion dampened it a bit. Initial reception at the property gate (in gate was not functional) and services of bell boy left a lot to be desired. F&b is not worth mentioning at all. Overall value for money is average. Other hotels in the vicinity offer a lot more for less money.

Nice Stay
It was a nice stay. The location is a bit far from the main Chowk. Takes around Rs 250-300 in Ola to reach the main Godhuliya Chowraha. Hotel is nice and neat. Just one concern the underground parking for the cars is very steep, it touches the underbody. Please fix the same.

Banquet cum hotel
familyBad location, no local conveyance, poor food quality with rates of 5 star. Novice staff at reception had to wait 30 minutes for check out with no other customers in queue. Basically gulab kothi is not at all a legitimate hotel, it’s a marriage hall with room which they are selling in the name of hotels. Waited for 5 hrs for room cleaning. I won’t suggest anyone to stay.

Very far off
We were two women and found the commuting very strenuous from the ghata, temples to rhea hotel our stay didn't include breakfast so we had no other options to eat till we reached the temples/ghats. Room was clean but air conditioning was not working. It's a good place for people with their own vehicles but for others who have come to visit temples not worth
