Very poor service. Worst room with worst amenities. Property location is ok.Room was not ready whenever we reached on 14th at 4.00Am whereas booked from 13th.No blanket or rajai was in any room.i had booked as classic 3 room. Lift condition was very bad.

Property used as hotel can't be termed as hotel at all. Horrible experience. No toilet in shape no tv. No cleaning, no soap even, water bottle served at the time of checking in was charged @30- per bottle at the time of check out. Mmt please don't recommend such property and people.

Ridiculous dormitory and stay. They told me to sleep on the floor after giving 1600 rs. And they charged 1800 more which cost a total of 3400 for a bed. And that too bed is ridiculous.

when I reach at hotel & I informed to hotel owner I have booked to room for 3 person, one classic room & one dormitory bed & show my booking details, he said on any booking done her, our all room a booked and any room available show go another place. I again check my booking details and call invoice mobile no. owner received my call they are same person who said to me no booking done. after some time he given to only one room, no dormitory provide me, I paid both room. only one classic room provide ous , but not clear wash room even commod don't clean stoll are still present, no bed shit and pillo change, water can't running.

This property is very much brust and tour is almost bad. So many khatmal are their. No cleaning available in room and toilets bathroom. Dirty bed. No drinking water available. After booking property owner also give extra money for parking. And no body will available in reception

Hotel denied for check in, no response from your team, i need full refund with compensation of 5k. I am travel-ling with family and you do not know, how terrible are things

Hi Users, it’s my humble request, please do not book this hotel irrespective of any cost. This is completely a scam and it’s one of the terrible hotel in Varanasi. The hotel owner took the money but didn’t gave the room. Also the photos available are not original, the original is completely different and worst. The amenities mentioned in the hotel is all false, they will just provide you a dirty room with dirty bathroom. careful while choosing this property

Rooms were not good. Room service was extremely poor.

There were mosquitoes and nothing was done even after requesting many times. Car was parked in front of hotel on road and asked for car parking charging 200.
