It was a good experience. Location is good. Food is ok. Staff are good n courteous.

I booked two deluxe rooms for my in laws. I had looked up google reviews and was confident that they will have good experience. little did I know that they are in for a horror show. The difference between two rooms were heaven and hell. how come two same category rooms can have this much difference? mosquitos abound. when they complained about that, staff laughed (yes laughed) in their face. Repeated requests for less spice in food were ignored. overall, hotel seemed ok ok.. but rude behaviour of staff stood out. pls don't go there, not recommended.

I was drawn to this hotel by the pictures showcasing lush greenery, but sadly, the reality was far from it. There was hardly any greenery around inside the hotel property, which was quite disappointing. The location was also inconvenient as it was situated inside a lane and not on the main road. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, the most upsetting part was the breakfast. We were served stale food, which not only ruined our experience but also made us feel unwell afterward. This is unacceptable, especially when food quality directly impacts guest health. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, primarily due to the misleading advertising and poor food standards.

Average property, not being well maintained, dining area was not clean and b/f was below average.

1. Even in winter season at 3 floor , room was full of mosquito 🦟 2. Very far from Viswanathan Mandir. 3. TOO Costly compared to service. 4. they provide one half liter water bottle per day. 😀. New standard they have set in Varanasi. 5. Wall filled with mosquito blood. 6. Room provided without cleaning. ,used tissue paper found in bathroom. 7. No cleaning schedule. 8. You have to ask for all room equipment. Over all not suggested...

Hotel location is in main city, which is good. Hotel building and parking are good. However barroom needs to be maintained. Restaurant can be better.

Well behaved staffs, foods are delicious. We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Front desk manager mr. Amit pal & restuarant manager mr. Jaiprakash ji are extremely helpful.

Sraff is very rude. Hotel checkin time is 12pm but they don't give you room. If you have booked through mmt. We waited for 4 hours and they did t allow the check-in even after having the room. Average hotel. Not like the pics on mmt. Location not comvenient.

Very good service by the hotel team and especially the cleanliness is very good in the room. The food is tasty and fresh. The staff is helpful and has smiley faces. I will definitely like to visit again.

Very close to the railway station. The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, staff was good, location was excellent. Public transport is easily available.

Location is a bit obscure and not known to normal transportation means. Room interiors are old and beds are too soft. Restaurant may not have several items in list but they prepare fresh & tastier. Staff are polite and they did their best. Over all, it’s ok to purpose

*review of hotel buddha* i recently stayed at hotel buddha and would describe it as a decent place, although there were a few bits and pieces missing here and there that could use some attention. The overall stay was comfortable, but some small details left room for improvement. One notable issue was during the complimentary breakfast. The service felt quite laggard, and the waitstaff seemed neither well-trained nor particularly enthusiastic. Whether due to a lack of training or motivation, their demeanor lacked any smiles or greetings, which detracted from the warm and cozy atmosphere one would expect. Additionally, i was given a room with a blanket that had not been cleaned, and towels were missing altogether. This raises a simple question: how can such basic elements be overlooked? while i'm not complaining, i’m sharing this to help management identify areas for improvement. Overall, i would rate my stay as a 4-star experience. With a few tweaks and more focus on the basics, hotel buddha has the potential to offer an even better guest experience. Good luck!

No water in the bathroom, breakfast not provided. Very bad experience. Would not recommend this hotel

The rooms are pathetic, ac not working and lizards roaming in the room every where and washroom is not of standard of a 3 star property as well.

Property is very good. Hotel staffs are very helpful they preserve good comment from the guests, there is no issue against the property and staff. Restaurant is fine and breakfast offered was fine.
